Probably one of the worst Chik fil As Ive been too ... the only thing thats consistent here is there inconsistency . Sometimes theyre really good but more times than not I feel like Im etting shorted on my chicken sandwich , they usually have the smallest chickens of anywhere Ive seen I do believe this is their breakfast chicken theyre using so they can save a few dollars bc their line is always out to the street . There really is no order in the store especially when it comes to this place being a kidsapalooza . Theres literally so many kids going wild around the store everyday I feel like Im in a jungle and none of the management really cares unless you make a complaint yourself. The staff here is pretty awkward but I get it its their first job but youd think theyd be trained to be comfortable in their rolls. I would definitely recommend spending the extra 10 minutes to go to the 337 ChikFilA especially if youd like to sit inside or use the play place

Kinda embarrassing to out a 2 star to be honest. But this is the hand this restaurant served. However, understanding lies due to the hour of my order. Last minute to say the least. Thank you for that but. No fries waited 8 min got hot a$s fries and cold as$ sandwich. They offered hot fries if I waited. I chose to wait. Cost me a hot sandwich. Not to mention. No sauce that I asked politely for. Fries with no ketchup, tenders with no chifila sauce, sandwich with no freaking Polynesian sauce. I get it was late, but dang......Thanks guys!

This is the only chick fil a Ive ever had screw up my order... so I felt like they only deserve 2 stars since all the other chick fil as seem to get it right and they didnt EDIT: I gave this place a second chance and lowered it to 1 star. They screwed up my order again AND look how incredibly tiny the chicken is. Lol The cheese almost wrapped around it and the bread was twice the size of the meat. Never giving them another chance.

I scratch my head a bit wondering how this chain is SO successful with just one type of sandwich versus their many, many competitors offering so much more. But it IS a good darn sandwich! The chicken breast is not the fake chicken you might have noticed elsewhere. It seems as though its the real deal. Add a bit of lettuce, tomato, and cheese and youve got a really great chicken sandwich.

Terrible customer service!!! I was told I could not have my fries well done. The manager told me they do not do well done at that location it was corporate policy so I would know next visit.. I said I would not be back to that location and she said that is fine with us. I have never been told I could not order my food the way I want it. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Entered the restaurant at 10:10 Saturday morning to get breakfast. Did not get to counter until 10:35 and was told I could not get breakfast. Order lunch and did not receive it until 10:42. The service was soooo slow. I have never had such slow service at any other chick fil a. Will not be coming back to this Chick fil a at 1031 South Walnut Ave in New Braunfels Texas.

There was a loud group of people cussing for the entire 30 minutes We ate our dinner. My husband asked someone at the front desk to say something to them or he was going to do it himself. None of the employees would say a word to them. We had our 3 young daughters with us. Also, on the way out I almost slipped and fell. WORST chick fila I have ever been to

I am disappointed to say that this establishment is not clean at all. Play area is disgusting. Torn benches, Windows dirty throughout the whole restaurant. High chairs filthy chairs dirty every where. So disappointing I would give zero stars. Ridiculous. I wonder what the health inspection looks like. I will be calling health dept

Great Chick-fil-A location. The drive-thru is one of the slower ones when compared to other Chick-fil-As in my dozens of experiences here, but still a pleasant experience. Order accuracy has always been very good, and team members are nice and personable. I would recommend this location.

The usual fare of very friendly and helpful staff! Most of the time the food quality and temperature is good, but sometimes youll get cold fries or food you can tell has been sitting there longer than it should. We usually go to the location up Walnut by 337.

I always leave completely satisfied. Unlike other restaurants that I have been to where they are notorious for messing up your order, Chick Fil A always gets my order correct. For a good meal quick, go to the restaurant on Walnut street.

Came out of our way to get chickin minis and they was sold out at 10 when they dont stop serving breakfast until 1030 how can they run out of there most popular breakfast items 30 mins before they quit serving breakfast ONLY THIS LOCATION

Consistency is their middle name. If you had a chick-fil-a sandwich five years ago, then the one you order tomorrow will taste just the same. The staff are always extremely friendly. Just dont forget that they are closed on Sundays.

Delicious food, friendly staff! I highly recommend the frosted lemonade & fresh salads! They get duper busy during meal times, but the lines move pretty quickly. Chick-fil-A now has a mobile app so you can order ahead, neat!

Food here is absolutely terrible (everything is dry), I do not recommend it. Better to go to the one off 46 West. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because the staff at the drive thru helped me back out through the cars.

Is there any food as utterly addictive and simple as their chicken sandwich? Probably. Is a home cooked meal not a better and likely healthier option? Yes. Is it shameful to eat here 4 times in a week. Definitely not!

Reliable, clean. Parking situation is a BIG problem. Drivr thru cars can leave the parking because they are blocked by tge incoming cars to the drive thru. Cars surround the Chickfila bldg like a snake.

My wife and kid like to eat here but I dont care to pay that much for a plain old chicken sandwich. The sandwich is good just not full price good.
