Your chicken is always very good their biscuits are exceptional And their sides are acceptable. I personally want to thank their manager Mike. We go there a lot because its on the way home from work and the staff almost always gets our order wrong. Usually we catch the mishap at the restaurant most of the time, but sometimes I will get all the way home and then find out. When I bring the mistake to their attention, they are always very good about fixing it and taking care of their customers. A big thank you to Mike and the other Managers at Golden Chick, I wish management at other restaurants were near as professional, friendly and considerate as the ones here.

This was my first stop at a golden chick and it was amazing...now 5 stars is not something that I give away easily but this place was so close....walked in place was clean didnt k ow what to get cause it was my first time the staff asked me if I wanted a taste try and offered me a taste of the both tenders (spicy & original). That was a great customer service experience. Price for one meal however was just below $10 so a slight and I mean slight pricy overall great place...and free ice cream cones if you dine-in

I went here about two times. It was terrible each time. My first time was last Friday, the drinks were literally basically carbonated water with ice. The macaroni was watery. The rolls tasted raw. Now today I ordered the chicken sandwich. I was given two rolls with two chicken tenders stuffed in between. The fruit salad? Awful as well. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. A PLACE I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO AGAIN.

Went through drive thru and their employee Tim was working the drive thru window, and I love how he was so friendly, greeted us with a smile. He repeated our order to make sure everything was correct, and he wasnt rushing us thru the order like other restuarants have. Have not been impressed so much by an employee in a long time, will for sure be going back. Keep up the good word Tim!!!

I love this Restruant, I am here at least once a week. 1 part for the food, and 1 part for the great music. I Love hearing that sweet Tenor Sax Jazz. One another note there is this really cute employee that I always see here. I dont know her name, but shes thin, short, and pretty. Ill know her name soon enough though :) hopefully she continues to work here.

The chicken tenders are delicious.. Take it from a person that it is not a fan o chicken that much. The bread that comes with your order is also delicious !! Just like the bread that you can have at texas roadhouse.. Yes. It is that great !! Buttery and fluffy. Also they have free ice cream cones.

Love this place so much. This one in North McAllen is amazing. I know most people probably get tenders or fried pieces but their roasted chicken is absolutely AMAZING and the real reason to go there in my opinion. And their okra is prepared to perfection. Definitely recommend.

Chicken tenders were moist and breading was crunchy. It was more chicken breast than breading as opposed to other popular restaurants. Mash potatoes were too watery. Rolls were soft and buttery.
