While, Chick-fil-A has good food and the owner just spent tons of money adding onto the restaurant, the service has taken the ultimate dive and literally stinks. For years you could go through the drive-thru and every time your order was filled properly, but ever since they opened their doors after the recent construction, they have repeatedly failed to fill the order properly. I do not know what has happened at this place, but nothing is more frustrating than to get home and be ready to eat to find out that someone screwed up the order!!! The prices are higher than any other local fast food restaurant, but never had a problem paying for a hassle free meal. Someone needs to fix this place and now!!!! How hard is it or how stupid do you have to be to not be able to fill an order properly. SERIOUSLY!!! I am not mad because this is one time, this has been happening regularly. So much for our weekly trips to Chick-fil-A. Then people like this expect to be paid $15 an hour when then cant fill a $25 order.

I adore that the staff and managers appear to truly take pride in their store. I did happen to be sitting towards the end of the restaurant and overheard the manager getting after an employee but by the end of it they seemed to compliment the employee and were mutually happy with each other. Multiple times throughout my meal I saw a lady employee go back and forth cleaning tables, straightening the condiments and refilling customers drinks. Everything was excellent down to the cleanliness and background music!

Weve been going to this location for 6 or 7 years since we moved into Selma, and theyre always a reliable store; theyre always very busy, with hot - "tasty" food, and excellent customer service. No contest, the best store in the area: hot, fresh, tastes great, excellent service - it doesnt even require a second thought! We always hit the drive thru with the exception of a few times, and when we have gone inside the store has always been clean and up to even the most picky of peoples standards.

Cheap, fast, and delicious chicken sandwiches. Fries are really good, once I add salt to them at least, but its nice that they come unsalted for those who want to avoid it. For value, cant complain at all. Plus I always manage to get a B1G1Free coupon for a sandwich at HEB supermarket. Atmosphere? Typical fast food joint; seems clean at least. Not much else to say. Of course, their advertisements with the cows are always humorous and well done.

Excellent experience as usual. Chick-a-file is my favorite fast food restaurant. The service is always impeccable and fast. So fast. The restaurant was packed yet they still manage to give my food in no time. The chicken sandwich and the fries tasted fresh. The portions are generous and the bathrooms always clean. We always stop as the Chick a file when were on the road, do Ive ate a different Chick a file off Hwy 35 North and south.

The drive through is not as fast as others, but I enjoy actually waiting for fresh food so no big deal there. The drive through line however is apparently too complicated for people to figure out. Your suppose to drive around the building too get into line but far too often people will shove their way in and block traffic exiting. Clean inside but parking is a hassle if you park next to building. Getting out is even less fun.

The food is always good. The service is always great. The stores are always clean and the service is fast. What more could anyone want! My only complain is they discontinued two of my favorite items. I love the Asian Salad they had and I also love the cole slaw they had. Both have been discontinued and I am VERY disappointed about not being able to get these two items any longer!!!!!

95 percent chance they screw your order up. I have more faith in my dog to fly me to work then for them to make me a sandwich. And both the female managers or whatever they are act like its a massive burden when they answer the phone. Would rather stick my hand in a blender then deal with them. Foods good though.

Way too overcrowded. Parking is horrible and the drive through is absolutely sad. Definitely know what you want before getting into the drive through lane and dont you dare try to add to, correct their mistake, or make changes at the window. (definitely not our usual pleasant Chick-fil-A visit

Very awesome staff with lots of manners! The manager is one of the nicest people Ive come acrossed! Hes always smiling and always is walking around the restaurant helping customers. The food is great the lemonade is tasty and clean! I dont ever review restaurants but for this one I just had to!

Good food but no refills on the "premium" drink (Watermelon Mint Lemonade) - although theyll make sure to fill your cup with 75% ice and 25% of the actual drink..Next time Ill make sure to ask for no ice because its a ripoff to charge the amount they do for a cup full of ice lol.

Usually the food quality from Chick-fil-a is amazing but this afternoon I ordered the tortilla soup and about half way through I scooped up a plastic bag! I called to inform the manager and she offered a free soup next time, but its still gross and can make people sick.

Atrocious. Took my money in the line and then try to take my money again at the window. Lost my order and then miraculously found it but gave me the wrong thing. The stuff isnt rocket science. Wow too many options for fast food to put up with this type of ineptitude

This is the worst possible location ever. There a two signs for it in a shopping center and neither of which are ANYWHERE near the actual location. We ended up giving up and just driving to another, easier to access location on our way back to Austin.

Thank you Chick Fil A for catering to San Antonio Dodge. All of the employees were extremely pleased with their meals and everything 15 minutes before it was suppose to, which made it easier. We will be catering with you again. Thank you !

The only fast food place Ive been to that prepares your food, brings it to you, passes by every few minutes to take trash and get you refills. Then, asks If they can get your kids ice cream. I love this place. Thanks Chick-fil-A!

This place was very dirty. No pride on this stablisment by the owner to keep it clean. I was able to count over 8 flies flying on the dining area which it tells how poor their sanitary standards are. . The food was ok.

Definitely a stop for us when we want a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend that over their lunch/dinner. Not out of any bad review of those meals...the (spicy) chicken biscuit is simply too good to compare.

Lower prices please otherwise excellent menu and taste. What food is always great but I just cuz its a summer time it is super crowded maybe Chick-fil-A should think about building bigger dining rooms.
