I promised to bring lunch from Chic-fill-A to both of my sons today. I started studying for a test and lost track of time. Next I get a call from my son asking was I still bringing him lunch. Oops, I was 5 minutes late at this point of the call. Desperate to fix my mistake I called Chick-fil-A (in shock that they even answered this close to Noon when they are SUPER BUSY) to explain "my crisis". I asked could they make my order and have it ready when I arrive and skip the line (I know its against the rules to dkip the line but I really needed favor with only 17 minutes left for his lunch period at that point). Without hesitation, Sean the manager replied yes. Not only was the food ready in such short notice, he even remembered to ask me what condiments did I need before I rushed out to deliver the food to their school about 6-10 minutes away. Thank you Chick-fil-A and its support system. You all are the Best!!! Just thought Id share.

we went today to have lunch as every day, we most the time go to chick fil a to go. Today we decided to stop by inside place. at the beginning we set the order and we where waiting for the food, when this guy came to our table with our food he took the red cone with our receipt and some trash inside the cone instead taking the trash or put it on the table " HE THROW THE TRASH OVER OUR FOOD" how can he do it, I asked the guy talk to the manager and he said , " IM THE MANAGER" I found another manager and she does not even took care about my complaint - this is the worst experience ever with fast food " WHAT KIND OF FAST FUD PLACE THROW THE TRASH OVER YOUR FOOD??" and it wasnt a normal employee the guy was a manager, Now I know why the people does not stop and eat inside the place the management is so disrespectful.

Something made me sick!!! I usually love this place and its been my favorite for a while. I go to the Forney location because it is closest to me and will often make the 40 minute drive to get it because I love it. BUT a few nights ago I came in and my chicken was not that great the service was fine and fast as usual but on my way home I got extremely nauseous and was barely able to drive. Now I dont exactly know what caused it but there arent many other possibilities. I believe my times with chick-fil-a (my favorite fast food chain) are over. I will no longer come here because no chicken is worth the sickness I felt that night.

Overall, this is a great location and I eat here once a week. They almost always have long drive-thru lines, but they always move quickly. I am always impressed with their efficiency! Inside the restaurant is always clean and one of the staff even recognizes me every time I come in. It is so nice to be a "regular!" The staff is always friendly and helpful. I took 1 star off only because the fries are often not salted and every now and again they will mess up my drive thru order. It does not, however, happen very often.

Really good food, they get you through the drive through very fast. I go all the time and only had my order messed up once, and they gave me 2 vouchers for a free sandwhich or 8 piece nugget to make up for it. Staff is very friendly almost too friendly.... lol only thing i dont like is how stingy they are with their sauce... I have my sauces down to the exact # I need, 3 ketchup, and i always have to check the bag before I drive off because 3 ketchup must be too much of a hassle they love to only put 2 when I clearly said 3.

#3 spicy no pickles, add American cheese, lemonade to drink. Mouth begins to water! This place is DELICIOUS! I love you Chick-fil-A. Every single person in this establishment cares about their job and customer service is priority number one or maybe its fresh, hot, quality food! Either way, if your are in the area get a chicken sandwich! Caution, on Sundays you may experience withdraws because they are closed. So either suffer through Sunday without it or get extras on Saturday to eat as leftovers on Sunday!

I walked in with a baby on my hip, diaper bag on my shoulder and two little boys in tow. At the door, an employee offered to get a high chair and table ready for me. She also brought placemats, napkins, and straws so I wouldnt have to leave the little ones to get it myself. At the end of our meal she told me not to worry about throwing the trash away. I was blown away by the great service! My husband said the same thing happened to him one evening when he took the kids by himself.

This place is pathetic its almost 9am and they will not make sandwiches on Saturday morning till 10:30am because it slows them down wtf. Lets see whataburger makes all kinds of stuff 24/7 hmm if its going to be that big of deal. Why dont the CEO just close on both days of the weekend so his employees dont get over worked. Funny Irving Chick fil A doesnt have this stupid rule it seems like the people here in forney are lazy and dont want to work.

The manager and assistant manager here are really fantastic, right along with the staff. We had a hiccup one evening of us ordering something only to have something go wrong after paying the order. Quickly compd us with a substitution and we were set. Food is undeniably good, but if you come for anything, come for the people who will always take care of you.

As most Chick-fil-A restaurants the fast food is good, but beware if you order and take away, they sometimes forget to bag some of your order. After driving 15 minutes back again we were given a voucher good for one chicken burger or 8 piece nuggets.. That did not seem enough for messing up our order and someone having to wait to eat almost an hour later.

We walked in on a crowded day with a group of 10 people. You could see the fear in the eyes of the people behind the counter. Despite the large group we were able to order, find a seat quickly thanks to the efficient cleaning of tables, our food came in a timely manner, and the order was CORRECT! That never happens at a fast food restaurant.

Love this Chick-fil-A. Everyone is so friendly and the food is great. They dont even look at me funny when I order a wrap without chicken (Im a vegetarian). Its a great place to bring kids too. Their kids meals are healthier than most other places and the play place is a huge hit. We will definitely be back.

This place is great. Always friendly, always quick, and our order is right EVERY TIME. I came here tonight, Kendall took my order and she was absolutely helpful. She told me things I never knew and helped me and my family get exactly what we wanted. She was AWESOME so is this place!
