This is by far the best Chipotle in town. Ive been to a number of Chipotles in the Dallas area and this one was so great at customer service that I was actually surprised. I was surprised that such fast paced workers, at such a busy location, would take the time to make sure I had everything I needed. 1. Food was great. Im not a huge fan of black beans but when I tried them on my friends taco they were scrumptious. I later tried the same taco at another location and they werent as good (thus proving my point that I have to return to this location to get those beans). The brisket tacos were more than you could ask for and the chicken was moist and flavorful, yum. 2. Customer service. This place was packed from the moment I walked in the door til the moment I left. Im talking a line that wrapped around the inside of the store and out the door. That being said I didnt feel like the wait was terribly long. Obviously if there is a line that long its going to be a minute but be patient, the wait is worth it (think about it, because the restaurant is so busy youll never get cold food because they are constantly cooking the food to keep up with the number of people coming in). When we got to the front of the line, the workers were curtious and didnt make me feel like they were just trying to get rid of me. All smiles. The cashier was great and gave me an idea for one of their bottled drinks that turned out to be so delicious. The next part is the best, I was asked how the food was and if I could be helped by one of the managers or head guys. I really appreciate it when a restaurant takes the time to visit, even if just for a moment, with their customers. Really makes me feel like they care. 3. Atmosphere. Great place, great location, warm and inviting. I will always go to this location if its in my 10 mile radius.

Thanksgiving brunch was overall great from the food standpoint. The Raw bar was 5 stars....huge split legs and jumbo shrimp plus a really nice Lox and accouterments! Carving table needs just a little improvement....Prime Rib was just luke warm. Grandson pigged out at the breakfast buffet items and was very impressed, especially french toast and crapes. He ate too many breakfast sausages! Charcuterie was impressive plus jars and huge great Blue Cheese. Some of the hot items needed more cooking time. Green beans where not al dente but raw! So were carrots. The rest of the buffet items were great especially the mushrooms and onions and the stuffing! Small selection of bread....need to put bread basket and butter on table at time of seating. Would be much more convenient. Also no bagels witht eh Lox, bummer. Last but not least....no salt and pepper shakers on the tables and waiter could not find any, really gouache for this class of restaurant.....and could not find teaspoon or sugar to go with our after dinner coffee. And they snookered us on Grandson Pepsi...charged Bar price and $4.00 a re-fill for $12.00!!! Hopefully management will read and make it ***** stars!!

I love Chipotle food, and eat there quite often, but I had never been to this location before last night and after reading the reviews I had some concerns... They all seemed to speak to the "bad customer service" and "long lines that took forever" but never the less I put aside my concerns and decided to check it out for myself... As promised the line was almost out the door, but they all are! I set my timer on my watch and within 15 minutes I was all the way though the line, and there were about 50+ people in front of me so I considered that win!!! In addition, I can tell you the staff was extremely nice and professional... There was a lady in front of me with a baby and the staff was making faces and playing with the baby making him smile, and there was a lady behind me that had a somewhat difficult order, "a little of this" and "more of that" kinda lady and they smiled at her the whole time and said no problem to everything! To top it all off they were fast, efficient, and friendly and I have to give them an A+++ in every way possible. Dont be afraid to see these people anytime, I know I will be back!

I love going to chipotle, it is my favorite lunch location and I was so happy to find this one so close to school but this place just let me down tremendously. Every chipotle I have ever gone they always give the same amount of food to every one no mater how tall or short they may be, and even though we know not everyone finishes theyre bowl, burrito, etc. most take the rest to go. This last time I went they gave me the least amount of food possible, the person who was assigned to serve rice was obviously new which i didnt have a problem with but every person after him did the same thing. My bowl with lettuce and cheese didnt even peak through the top when looked through the side. If everyone is going to be paying $9-12 for food it should be the same amount of food for every individual and not be judged on how small or big they are. And if this happens to you please speak up I was hesitant to but I would of been late to class if I had.

I love Chipotle. Been all around the world to various ones, and this one stands out as the worst out of all of them. Some things cant be help, like being the only Chipotle in the area. Regardless its feels like its always packed. So to start off the staff seems pretty incompetant. Not sure if its a lack of training, manner or both. I know you might not like working there, but the least you could do is not sigh when I ask for guac when Im at the register. During the burrito making process I asked for both the fajita veggies and a tortilla on the side. Both time they ignored my request and I had to repeat it, even though they nodded at my request. So they either werent paying attention or didnt care. The experience was similar the second time. So for now Ill avoid this Chipotle.

Utterly disappointed with this location. The line was all the way outside. Waited 30 mins to get to the front. The cook gives my husband a half of scoop of chicken, while everyone elses bowl had 2 full scoops of meat, when he requested more, she said it will be a 3 dollar extra charge. He didnt want extra, he just wanted the same as everyone else. But what really did it for me was the way my burrito was rolled and slopped together. Never seen a burrito so poorly rolled. All the food fell out. Me and my husband left without the food. 30 min wait in line for a 9 month pregnant lady to eat. Gotta do better. Calling corporate first thing Monday morning. Will never go to this location again. Not worth the money or time. Absolutely disgusted with the service.

Dearly customers, maybe if yall knew what yall want to order, the line would of been quicker. its hard for us employed to get through the line specially when yall come in a bad mood. gets us to be mad and at the end yall complain that we are rude. we are doing our job, and WE ARE THE BUSIEST LOCATION. we had people walk out on us because they say we are slow in preparing food. thats the main reason why we try to hurry up because we know some point in the line there is going to be a PERSON who will slow us down. our crew members love their job and surely enough they would treat you better than what you actually treat them. just corroborate with us in being PATIENT with our service.
