Worst panara I have ever been in. I go to a lot of panaras. No welcome or greeting when we came it. Was asked, what do you want. Our lattes came out in big glass mugs instead of to go cups. When we said thats not how they were to be they just brought us cups to dump them in... no way we could do that. Then my breakfast sandwich was cold and one bite in... I find 2 long black hairs... I tell them... no apology of any kind. They make the sandwich again... still no apology, and the lady asked me if something was wrong. I tell her we want the drinks made to go, not dumped over. When this is done she just says, do you need anything else.. terrible service. I wasnt even trying to get my money back. I just wanted an apology and good service. Will never be back.

Even though I have lived up the hill for years this was my first trip to this restaurant after hearing several people raving about the food. They were right on. The room was quite elegant with the early 1900s art deco style. The ambiance was lovely. The wait staff was wonderful and very attentive. I have traveled extensively and this food is definitely in the Wow" factor category which I dont find too often.I had the duck and my friends had the skirt steak and scallops. The side portions were so large they could serve two people. I felt the prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service. This wont be my last visit to this restaurant.

I placed an order through the drive-thru. When I got home I realized the items in the bag were wrong. I called and spoke with the manager. He apologized for the inconvenience and told me they would take care of me on my next visit. I returned a few days later. The manager told me to get whatever I wanted. I got the meal I ordered a few days earlier with a pastry!!! The young man was very professional and customer oriented. He corrected the situation and offered me something extra. It was very refreshing to experience high quality customer service. Thank you Panera!!!! I applaude your staff and their professionalism!!!!

Worst experience we have ever had with a Panera chain. We have been in here multiple times and it is always slow. It takes 35+ minutes to get our food even though we order through their "express lanes". And now they have lost an entire half of our order because they "accidentally gave it to another table". Then why do we have the buzzers? We have been waiting over 55 minutes now and had to go up to tell them about our missing food because they forgot about it. There isnt more than 10 people in here. The only good part is that they are giving us a refund and the manager was pleasant.

First our payment "was having trouble processing," so we ate our bagel while waiting for the rest of our food. Apparently I didnt say cream cheese? No receipt, so Ill pay for it again. 20 minutes later I walk back up to check on our food, which still isnt out. The cashier looks at me and says, "food?" Like shes got no idea why were here. 45 minutes after we arrived, we left with our to go order that we almost paid for twice. I like Panera usually, but no thanks.

The sandwiches were okay - not bad at all, but not spectacular. The frozen mocha was pretty good, definitely better than Starbucks. The reason this place gets 4 stars instead of 3 is Oscar. My baby niece was being fussy and not wanting bites from our food. Oscar brought out a small soft roll for her to eat, then came back again with a couple tiny paper cups to play with. His service was above and beyond and is the reason I will go to Panera again.

Meh. Nothing special. I keep having issues with orders. Complain, it gets correct and same thing happens next time. Food is ok most of the time. Recent visit was bad. Rude staff, they dont even greet you. They just ask "what do you want" and talk amongst themselves. Old review was 3 stars, now 1. Drive through says they open at 630am, nope. Was told to wait 1 hour or come back.

I loved this place!!!! I came here on my birthday and couldnt believe how awesome this place was. From the beautiful warm and earthy colors to the smell of sandwiches, soups, and baked goods Im sure I will certainly come back to this place. Something about Panera has made me extremely happy and I hope the people that work there can continue to keep making magic happen!

Why have a reward card to only be able to redeem the points by using the internet? I would have signed up to utilize all my ordering via on-line. I go to the store either drive thru or walk in. I want to use my rewards anyway I CHOOSE, not what makes it easier for them. Thats BS and needs to be corrected. Thinking i may have to find another salad/sandwich shop.

Im going to assume some things changed on the menu because I always order a ham sandwhich which normally comes with no dressing. Thats fine with me since I add nustard anyway but this time it came with mustard and mayo. Just as I was about to chow down on it, I had to wipe the mayo off since Im not a mayo fan. Unless whoever made it was mistaken.

My wife and I were looking for a place to eat take out one night and Panera was a better option than the fast food or casual restaurants in the area. The Chipotle chicken avocado melt is a must! Gouda cheese, smokey pulled chicken & avocado heaven. Mmmm. If youre hungry than Panera comes through in the clutch. Enjoy and bon appétit.

My sister and I decide to try Panera Bread on Saturday afternoon. ..girls day out....Im so pleased that we did! I ordered French Onion soup and chicken Caesar salad....the portions were big and I was very well pleased. My sister had broccoli cheese soup, she said it was creamy and delicious and she also had the Asian chicken salad.

Great variety of food served around the clock! I mostly do the Rapid Pick-up Orders to go service before going into work around 2:30pm and my meal stays fresh when time to eat by 7:30pm! The downside is my favorite drink: the iced chai tea latte, Ive noticed the price gone up and the cup size has gotten smaller.

This location is terrible, just sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes and not even at a peak time... to get home and not even have dressing in the salad ordered... This isnt the first time either, love Panera but I dont know what is wrong with this location, very unhappy would give 0 stars if possible!

Tried the new delivery option! Quick delivery but very expensive for the amount of food you get! The kids meal was the same portion as what I ordered for my husband! His sandwich was literally 4 bites! My salad was a disappointment and the bread was so tough I couldnt bite it! Never again!

I ordered online ,a backers dozen. When we got home with our order only two of the bagels were correct. They were unsliced and wrong cream cheese. I called the store,the cashier said that is what you ordered. ..so they mess up and it is my fault. Awful service. Never again will i go here
