Good sized subs, loaded with meat, I first walked in and kinda thought to myself "hmm I dont know about this" Then I was greeted, and was even more worried.... they seemed a little awkward, but after I got my sub, and found out that a sub with a meal deal was the price of A REGULAR SUB at subway?! oh man, that little bit of awkwardness was a thing of the past, they are friendly, just seem a little uncomfortable, overall, this place is amazing, I love the setup inside, and the sandwich was amazing! I got the Italian to compare to the Italian at subway, theres no comparison firehouse wins hands down, I just went there yesterday to check it out, now, were going back tonight for dinner, Value, Quality, Quantity.

Ive been here tons of times and the food is always amazing but today my bread was burnt and the half the sandwich didnt have meat. BUT I will go back because 99% of the time it is good. Update: I tried it again and I wont be going back. They forgot the mayo and ranch and my bacon was so undercooked I was afraid to eat the sandwich. I dont know if they actually use real bacon or the stuff you dont need to refrigerate but I wasnt taking the chance. I now go to the firewheel location. Also there is an employee who Im assuming is a supervisor or manager that is horrible to the other employees.

The quality is hit and miss. I always order the same thing. My wife used to work at a different location a few years ago, hearing her talk about this is policy, etc., I find that this place doesnt follow those rules. I find her complaints to be no hindrance to the service. However, for the price, my food better be perfect. Its a $10 sub, essentially. Always below the mark. I always have to repeat what I need done. In summary, the quality is more like: miss, hit, miss, miss, miss, miss, miss, miss, miss, miss, miss, miss, ad infinitum.

Got in line behind an employee who was ordering. He and the girl were so busy flirting that in the middle of my order he stepped back in front of me to whisper to her?! Oh not surprisingly my order was wrong anyway Young love is great but control yourself.

The owner and staff were very friendly, outgoing and gregarious. The food was delicious, made to order, served hot, and in great time. I will very likely visit again.

Great subs, always has the worst customer service, I will drive to the Firewheel location from now on, its just no longer worth dealing with the poor employees here.

Amazing food and service!! Would of gave it 5 stars but the sandwiches were small. but they have amazing taste just wish they were bigger!:)
