Normally I have really good service and food at this location but not lastnight. I know I pulled up at the drive-thru 10 minutes before closing and as usual the line was slow. By time I received my food it was after 10pm. Came home and realized my food was completely wrong. Cold fries, unsweet tea, chicken strips instead of nuggets. Mistake was made it happens. So I called and spoke to the morning manager about my food she told me I have to bring everything back. I said I threw it in the trash. She insisted she need the food back to correct the order. Okay! I got it out the trashcan & luckily I saved the large drink. Anyway that was such an inconvenience & since I ate 2 of the strips I just wanted the fries & drink replaced. Dont matter. Ive never heard of that policy to correct orders. The service is definitely subpar to the other locations Ive visited. Just because its a Southern Sector establishment shouldnt be any less of great service I see at other locations. I believe its management. Lets do better!

, I ordered what they call crispy chicken strips the last word I would use for them is crispy they were rubbery and spongy it was like they came out of the microwave and no one should ever eat anything out of a microwave it was horrible it is gelatinous glue home together pieces of chicken it look like I ate about a third of one of them could not take anymore do it out for the dogs and cats and birds whoever happens to find it they kept getting peoples orders wrong I would not ever go here again I wouldnt have went to it but there was no other place when I was waiting for somebody to get out of the Social Security office and I needed something to drink and I hadnt had anything to eat so I thought all I could try a little bit here even though like I said I would never go back into one because bad experiences in the past and other things

Managment knows nothing about good customer service. There is more to being a manager then wearing a different colour shirt. however at this location thats all you get. The past couple of times i have gotten a 6 piece nugget aand only gotten 5, no big deal. But so happen this happen again last night and i went again today with receipt in hand. Today i ordered $13.92 in food paid for it asked for manager informed him of my delema asked him if as a good deed he could make good the 2 nuggets. Now remind you I just paid for almost $14.oo dollare in food. He acted as though I wa asking for my entire meal free. I simple refunded my order went to Caines and went to the house. He would rather give me my money back then give me 2 nuggets. Now thats the type of anagers we have on this side of town. April McMilan

This place is absolutely abysmal. Every time I walk into this Chick-fil-A location, they SCREW UP MY ORDER. Seriously. First, they dont even know about menu items (soup and salad combo--even the "Director" couldnt find the menu item on their board, tonight) and every time (no, seriously, EVERY time) I order grilled nuggets they mess them up and put fried nuggets on the menu. Then, some snarky kid acts like I messed up because the kid at the register put in the wrong type of nuggets. Im SO over this place. Its no wonder this happens when the cashier is surly with you when you approach the counter. Its like they dont even care to get it right. (I told her 3 times grilled nuggets.) To make matters worse, the side salad I ordered was only half-filled with lettuce. Half.

Of all the Chick-fil-As Ive been to this is the worst one with customer service they dont greet you at the speaker dont not repeat your order and takes forever to get through the line when theyre supposed to have a time limit. I know for a fact they have to have their order at less than 4 minutes from the time you place that order to the time you get to that window this never happens at this location. They dont not greet you at the window when you get there they still do not repeat your order and theres no Smiles or anything. And whoever is waiting at the window never even cracked a smile or greet you, they seem like they dont care . And this location the way its set up its inconvenient the parking lot is a mess.

I used to work for Chick-fil-a many years ago and this location is not a true reflection of the reputation that this company represent. After getting home and realizing my chicken strips were missing, I called this location to make them aware of what happened only to speak to a lady who didnt seem very remorseful about the situation rather more concerned about my receipt number. Once I gave her the number, she then gave me the okay to come get the strips. After inconveniently going out of my way to recoup the strips they failed to give me initially, I was handed a "slightly" warm box of strips and told "sorry." This by far is the worst Chick-Fil-A location in terms of customer service Ive ever experienced.

Love the place, polite servers, very patient my children change orders all the time or undecided and servers wait patiently not giving a getting on my nerves expression. I love they say my pleasure. Love the Cobb Salad I clean the bowl. I could also get work done on computer while children play. Servers also bring your food to your table after ordering and walk around asking if you need anything else. A1 hospitality. Long lines means people love something about the place. Ive visited Chick-Fil-A in other states and lines have been long where staff had to direct traffic and they all had polite staff. Ita great at to see love the establishment as a whole.

Catering service. I called in this morning at 8 AM to order a handful of trays, as I have a dozen times at other locations. The woman who answered the phone was unpleasant to speak with. Further she informed me that they would not be able to fulfill the request within a three hour period. This is the first location that I ran into this. I then called the Mesquite location (now an even later time), and the gentleman who answered that request said if I needed it, they could have it ready in 30 minutes. For those reps out there serving the Dallas VA, please redirect your meals to the Mesquite or central Dallas location.

The food is good but the restaurants have obviously fell off their game. The service is okay if youre in a rush, because they rush you as if they are paying you to eat there. But they do it with a smile, if that counts. We ordered lunch for the office today and on one of the salads told them no bacon. Someone wasnt paying attention and still put bacon in it. When I called the manager to let them know what happened, and that the person couldnt eat bacon and wouldnt have a lunch today, she simply just said "okay" and hung up. I wont be back. They obviously dont care about their customers.

Oak Cliff location... A great place for family day out. A quick trip in & out is their specialty, but need a boost in the morale department, to include eye contact & the interest in the customer & their needs. They are good about getting your food out to you in a timely manner with the lack of charisma to top off the customers appreciation for their business. I eat there simply because the food is good, but take the cynic route to the drive thru because drive thru gives you more appreciate from signage than it does from the attendants.
