Dont eat at the Chick-fil-A in Frisco, Texas on Eldorado. If you go through the drive-thru and they get your order wrong, be prepared to argue with the owner/manager Pedro Marroquin that your order is wrong. He will send you back to your car to check to see if it is in the sack because sometimes they put the sandwiches in the bottom of the sack. Okay. I guess I am too stupid to know when my order is wrong and when it is NOT in the sack. If you ask for the information to complain about the rude customer service, be prepared he is the owner and was HAPPY to show me his name tag and SPELL it for me. I call customer service and only to find out he is the owner. It was the WORST service I have ever received in ANY restaurant. I took my entire order back in and asked for a refund. I will never eat there again. I expect better from Chick-fil-A which promotes family owned businesses that care about the community. The other managers were very nice and the food is always excellent if you can over look a disrespectful owner. I learned my lesson. If you use the drive-thru be sure to check your order AT the WINDOW, dont be courteous and drive to the end of the drive before checking to make sure everything you paid for is in the sack. I will never eat there again but if you do that is something to think about.

I visit this location frequently. The front line employees are always courteous and the inside is generally clean. However, the drive thru is extremely crowded during peak hours and my order is often missing one or more items - sauce for the nuggets/sandwiches, dressing for the salads or ketchup for the fries - so I have started checking the bags to make sure I have all of my items before I pull away. The last time I was there, the lemonade was watered down and undrinkable, the dressing for my salad was missing and there were no sauce packets in the bag for my sandwiches and strips. I submitted feedback on my order through the Chick-fil-A One app (which is the method I used to pay for my order) and it took over a week for this location to respond with a standard email. Disappointing customer service based on my precious experiences at this and other Chick-fil-A locations.

I understand that orders are mixed up and mistakes are made when ordering fast food, which is why when my order was not what I had ordered I called the location to let them know that my order was wrong. Instead of an Im sorry we would be happy to fix that for you. I was asked to produce a receipt, which I have no problem with other than the fact that it was thrown in the trash. I was then asked to provide the last four digits of the debit card used for the transaction. I was told that my order description and total did not match anything they had in there system so there was nothing they could do about the fact that they had given me the wrong order. I have never seen a restaurant establishment respond to a patron complaint in this manner.

I frequent this location about several times a month and this location is not as courteous or friendly as other Chick-fil-a locations. In the past month, theyve forgotten items from my order 3 times in a row. Ive contacted this location about it, however, all they say is "sorry" and "keep your receipt and come back and get it". If you dont have your receipt there is nothing they can do about it. That is BAD customer service. They have no problem keeping your money for something they didnt give you. In regards to the food itself, my only complaint are the fries. Theyre usually overly fried and/or dried out. I will avoid this location in the future.

WOW! Is all I have to say. Pedro Marriquon has done it again. This is the best Chick Fil A I have ate at in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, and Ive ate at almost everyone of them. The service is like a 5 Star ***** restaurant, and the food just as tasting as Double Diamond food. When you go there to eat Make sure you ask for Pedro and Frida his wife and say hi to one of the most amazing, kind hearted, humble professional in the restaurant industry. African Anerican lady worker Horrifyed childrens my kid cry so hard. so I call the manager and talk to him nice way. hes name is "Pedro" hes really rude and hes voice really loud and he said she did noting wrong . Every customer look at us and little later that worker and manager talked and laugh on us..Never had bad experience in this place. So scary to go there with my kid.. My husband gonna talk to owner. But feeling sad cant go there anymore.

This company KNOWS how to take care of its guests! Always worth the wait, even when lines are long. Things move quickly, employees are trained to be courteous and efficient. Food is always warm and tasty! Core values are evident. As I write this review, I am listening to stakeholders and management conduct a meeting in the back of the restaurant and the dialog they are having supports the standard of excellence found here! #proudpatron

Sat near counter for breakfast and saw a man have to explain both the menu and POS system in Spanish, which means that the two new employees could not even READ english. Chick-fil-A obviously is choosing immigrants who cannot read, much less speak, English over American citizens. I WAS a fan oc this chain, but when they start taking jobs from U.S.citizens it changes my attitude to one of boycott.

Terrible service at this location and the service is SO slow! Every time I go to this location I always say I wont go back again! My order is frequently wrong through the drive thru window and items missing. Went for breakfast the other morning and requested the egg white grilled sandwich. Was told they did not have grilled chicken available. How is that? All they serve is chicken?!

My Farmers Insurance Agency is sponsoring a Teacher Appreciation breakfast and provided the breakfast minis from this Chick-Fil-A. They took the order a few days prior to the event. I needed to pick up the order about 6:30 AM. They had everything ready on time and provided excellent service overall. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them for any event.

This location has the worst parking and drive thru setup ever. I always park in the near strip mall and walk over otherwise you may be trapped in the parking lot forever. The food is always great, but the interior has always been messy on the times I have gone to visit. I prefer the Plano location.

This is my favorite Chick-FIL-a location. The first time I went on a Saturday I went inside and though chaotic, the service was as if I was the only customer in there. Very attentive! They also have attendants in the drive through to make sure you receive fast service!

Easily the worst Chick-fil-A in Texas. The shake machine was broken again tonight and is seemingly always broken. Either that or they close it down early each night and just tell people its broken. And they got our order wrong. Again. Friendly but incompetent.
