This is the worst location ever. I have tried them 3 times each time it was something different....first time I ordered the 9 wicked wings all flats when I get home it was 6 drums in the box so I called back still had all 6 drums and the receipt I hear the lady ask the guy what he gave me and he said 9 wings which was a lie so she get back on the phone and say I can only replace the 6 drums u have for 6 flats since all I was bringing back was 6 wings....but thats all I got in the first place was 6...2nd time I tried the chicken that was pose to be baked but it was so much grease it went thru the box and to the bag but this time they replaced my order no problem...3rd time they say they open at 10am I pull up at 10:20 about to get out the car to go in 2 workers outside 1 talking to someone in a car the other swiping the drive Thur the lady talking told me they was not open yet so I asked dont u open at 10 she said yes but we still cooking and we not going to open until all the food was done cooking I then go home a little while later I called and spoke to the so call manager and asked her about it and she said the same thing.... So after all the wasted gas and bad bad bad customer service I will never visit this location again

Just rude and unprofessional always a slow long line in the drive thru. When we did get to the speaker to order she said she could not hear me. So I raised my voice so she could and she raised her voice back smh. Told her what I wanted she tells me we about to close we only wings tenders and sides do I want any of that. I said no frustrated at this point after waiting in line for about 15 minutes just to get to the speaker. So she comes back to the speaker to say would u like to wait 20 minutes for chicken I said no. Chickeb should have been dropped prior on having a busy night when u know your busniess is still open. These youg people who work there need to be trained on customer service. Will be going to another golden chicken who treats thier customers with respect. Had to go to taco bell where service was on point and professional as I was satisfied.

Not from this area. First and last time eating at this establishment. Pink chicken. Unprofessional and when I went all the way up there again to bring back the uncooked chicken I was spoken about like I wasnt even standing there. "Well she says the food is pink" and "she doesnt think the food is cooked" noooo the cashier even looked at my chicken and apologized and threw it in the trashcan. Then the cook is in the back shooting me dirty looks as if Im lying about it. Like I wanted to go back out of my way and come up there again. For chicken thats cooked thoroughly. I wouldnt have wasted the gas. They replace my meal with the smallest chicken strips Ive ever seen. Then the fries they gave me were over cooked and hard. I am now on my way to Whataburger as I type... Smh 2 stars because my friends meal was alright and the jalapeno poppers were fresh.

SO Im here an hour early before closing time and i order 2 orders of wicked wings the combo,the cashier then tells us theres an 8 minute wait as we wait and time is passing by here it is two minutes before closing time now and we have no food and some guy comes to my car and asked what did i order......WTF....WE still waited another 15minutes extra for our food and it was passed closing time, no one apologized or even offered something to drink/refills nothing....I have worked in the food business for 8years and Freon what i seen tonight was poor poor customer service.....GOT TO DO BETTER....POOR SERVICE, STAFF TRULY RUDE ESPECIALLY THE YOUNG LADY AT THE WINDOW

Food tasted good and was hot and fresh. Service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. Employees paused and talked to each other about personal matters rather than filling orders. One employee asked for Mashed Potaotes to fill our order and was told by another "come make it yourself" which essentially caused further delays to our order (8 PC basket with 2 sides). We waited 10 to 15 minutes with 1 order in front of us and 7 employees working. They also charge for water. Ice Cream machine was broken. They turned the music up very loud halfway through our dining experience. Wont be going back.

I ordered a walk-in to go and it wasnt during a rush or anything and waited 20 minutes for my food. All I had ordered was 2 combos. I could see PLENTY of chicken ready under the heat lamps. I see a employee pull out a bunch of rolls.... looks like I waited 20 minutes for my rolls in my combo because they had no rolls prepared which is beyond ridiculous. I get home and my chicken strips were under cooked and all pink. Lastly, the employees are extra rude, very slow.They really need to change their staff...

I would have given them five stars. But the service in the evening with the teenage kids working is horrible. Theyre all standing around talking and laughing. Had to wait 5 minutes to get my cup for my drink after my food was given. This experience has made me not want to come back. The employees in the afternoon are wonderful very very respectful.

Food is not always fresh 80% of the time, but they claim it just came up about 5 minutes ago. Now heres the kicker, I be standing in there for about 5 to 10 minutes deciding and asking others who be with me what to get. So the chicken couldnt have just come up, if it was already up before we came in and deciding for about 5 to 10 minutes.

16 minutes so far for corn nuggets and still waiting. 8:08pm was when the order was placed....its now 8:24pm. The service is too slow and honestly Im tired of the same old slow service. 8:29pm I finally got what I paid for after 2 people that came after me got their orders first and the orders were still incorrect.

Food average..very slow..idiots run the counter, never prompt, tried three times n same old slo service, bad video and music at lunch..if I wanted church at lunch..id go to my church..place is a disaster for dine in and every front counter person needs retaining.. Never go back !!

Excellent service from being greeted at the door to receiving my order!!! The food and service was so on point last time that this trip I met with a manager, Tameka to cater an event. She patiently helped me place a catering order that reached both my needs and budget!!!
