We had many problems with CN Catering during and prior to our wedding at The Windsor at Hebron Park. It turned a happy day into an unforgettable mess. It started with a change in management. CN Catering purchased The Windsor and decided to make changes to the venue without telling their current clients, or I was the only client not told. I have pictures from when we first booked our venue. My husband and I went back for our 90-day planning meeting, and CN Catering had changed the chapel, lobby, and ballroom. That was quite the shock after paying the deposit for a venue that looked completely different. Then comes the big day. Problem 1: Despite being written in our contract, CN Catering did not serve the pre-ceremony champagne that had been agreed to. When my husband mentioned to them that drinks were supposed to be served, CN Catering replied that there was nothing in the contract about it, and it wouldnt be happening. Problem 2: I have a photo of the emergency kit and tools provided in the bridal suite. This kit includes a garment steamer as dresses and veils wrinkle easily. Upon noticing there was no steamer in the kit, my maid of honor asked CN Catering. They replied that it had been stolen at the last wedding, and we were out of luck. A member of our bridal party had to take an hour from setup to retrieve our own steamer. Problem 3: All my life, the only thing I wanted at my wedding was a mashed potato bar. I am allergic to pork, as was noted several places in our contract, and CN Catering mixed the ingredients together. This was A) not a bar style, and B) gave me an allergic reaction. A catering company should understand that making only 1 out of 125 dishes without an allergen creates a minefield. Big surprise that there was another mix-up, and I had an allergic reaction that affected me for days. Problem 4: CN Catering says theyll cut your cake. We expected them to cut our cake, until we saw that there was only one of three flavors circulating. We did not ask them to save the top tier, but they decided to not serve it. We had a separate sheet cake in the kitchen, and a two-tiered cake for display. We had to ask that our tiered cake be cut, and thought they would then cut the entire thing. At least we had two flavors to choose from, but it was after most guests had already finished their cake.

Please consider using CN Catering!! David makes himself available to answer questions and put you at ease. And the food, both in taste and presentation is outstanding! Our guests are still talking about the meal and service they received! Every comment has been extremely favorable. One of my dearest friends summed the evening as elegant and personal. What more could you want! We had a few family members with severe food sensitivities and we were able to have something prepared for them which would meet their dietary needs. You will have selections on linens to meet your price range as well as choices in foods to meet your budget. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about David and CN Catering. Thank you for helping to make my daughters wedding the wedding of her dreams.

CN Catering did a fabulous job at our wedding! The food was delicious and we even received compliments from our guests when we got back from the honeymoon. The truffle mac and cheese was hands down a hit!! My mom froze some left overs for my husband and me to enjoy when we got back from our trip and we were so thrilled that we got to enjoy the meal a second time! Our menu consisted of butler passed hors doeuvres including tomato soup shooters with a mini smoked cheddar panini (so cute!), a delicious goat cheese, candied pecan and dried cranberry salad, pecan crusted chicken, green beans, truffle mac and cheese, and dinner rolls. YUM! My husband and I are actually attending a wedding next week where CN will be catering the meal and we are quite excited! We highly recommend!

We used CN Catering for our daughter’s wedding and they were wonderful. Our first meeting with Lance and David made me feel at ease, knowing they would do a great job. There were some special items my daughter wanted served and Lance/David made it all happen. Nothing was overlooked. Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our guests commented on how wonderful everything tasted, and the plated dinner was presented beautifully. I recommend CN Catering and I would use them any other time I have the opportunity. David always responded back to emails/phone calls very promptly, made the million changes we requested, and was amazing to work with. Loved the mini chicken/waffles appetizer too!!

I had CN Cater for my wedding this summer at the Room on Main. We had a tex-mex menu, with mini empanadas. It was amazing! all of my guests were able to get their foods quickly as they had two buffet table set ups.They made sure my groom and I had plates ready at our sweet heart table and packaged a to go box for us after the wedding. What was amazing was how they were able to provide 3 vegan meals for 3 guests after i had requested them very late! CN was able to accommodate my friends and they were very impressed as well. The staff is very professional, fast, efficient, they cater to your very specific needs, every thing is done with great detail. Pricey, but Very happy with the experience!

We were extremely pleased with the staffing and food at my daughters wedding in April, 2015. The food was excellent. We received many compliments like " best wedding and food ever !!" The staffing was pleasant and very efficient. Our guests commented on how quickly the staff took care of them. We had comments that the bartenders would remember what a person had already, saw them coming and would have their drink ready for them. It was also a pleasure working with David on getting our menu and contract all set up. It was wonderful not to worry about a thing. Needless to say, we would recommend CN Catering to everyone!!

We were so please with the attitude, service, and the food itself. From the personalized tasting to the food being provided to the guest everybody was professional, courteous and friendly. Our wedding had 175 people and never did anyone have to wait in line for drinks. The pre-dinner appetizers were hot and tasty and was a hit with all. This is one of those times when the food at the wedding exceeded the food presented at the pre-wedding tasting. Thanks CN.

Organized, very professional director and staff, will give great recommendations for your budget. Food: Appetizers were outstanding. People were asking for our caterers name after our event. The honey shrimp, pear/goat cheese crostinis, fried mac/cheese balls, short rib sliders - my favorites. Guests raved about chicken empanadas too. Everything left very clean. Staff was attentive without being irritating. Highly recommend them for a first class event.

The best money I spent on the wedding was in booking CN catering. Before the wedding, Dave was always available to answer my million questions and offering excellent suggestions. The set up was wonderful and they handled everything including chair and table rentals which was so worth it! I received so many compliments on the food and service during the wedding as well. Highly professional and I would definitely reccommend!
