I went the first time a week ago and it was awesome. Came last night before close and they were out of what we ordered which they asked could they give us a substitution. What we ended up with was a box of dry chicken that they were going to throw away. I called immediately when I looked at what they gave us and told them it was dry. Manager Quinta said that she would replace it the next day. Came the next day as instructed and talked to what seemed to be the GM or owner and he said let me call the manager on duty to see what she said. The mere fact that I knew her name should have been enough. He said that he called her and she said she was not going to provide a replacement. He even asked me did I bring the chicken. This place is a joke and is capitalizing off the people of this neighborhood who deserve better food and service. Not going back...PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

I have been waiting for this location to open and I must say that I am Truly disappointed. Ordered a 9 piece wicked wing. For one I didnt get 9 and the wings where so small they look like they came off of a pigeon. Epic fail. The line was super long too. Not coming back. I will drive way to the Desoto location. Thanks for nothing.

Ive been waiting on this location to open....disappointment. Only gave 1 star so I could leave review. To begin customer service SUCKS! Antranette (cashier) was rude inexperienced and should be without a job the manager on duty was not helpful at all. Food was not good plus our order was all wrong.

Tonight was my first and last I will not be going back. The workers rushes you to order your food. They forget to ask you about your condiments and then charge you .25 for condiments. Smh nope

It was freezing in there couldnt enjoy my food and when I went to get napkins they were all wet and didnt have no napkins to clean my hands and tryed asking for ice cream and it didnt work

This location is a step up from the one on Kiest. Dine in experience good when not busy. Food was freshly made upon arrival. 1pm.
