Saw FIG when I was in the area and the sign drew me in, tried their BBQ Slider with their own Tiger Blue BBQ. Small Deli. But check out the Display a range of smoked meats and fish. Vacume sealed. They have more hot sauces than you can swing a stick at. And for some you need titanium shielded esophagus to survive ;) too scary for me. But their Tiger Blue has zing and sweetness.

Probably the best place to eat in The Colony. Its a small little hidden treasure. Everything is fresh and in season. Meats are flavorful and smoked to moist tender perfection. The best part is you can call in and pick up on your way home. I would eat here everyday if I could.

Not closed! They offer catering and to-go meat. I got a smoked turkey for Christmas dinner and it was delicious! Perfectly smoked, great Cajun spice, reasonably priced. The family loved it.
