Since discovering this place a month ago, Ive been obsessed and I wont go back to subway. The only negative thing I can say about this location is the overly energetic crew. They joke and tease about our picky sandwiches, making it difficult just order the freakin sandwich. My sister is a very picky eater and only likes her #5 sandwich with meat and lettuce but they joke about it and end up confusing the person taking our order or the crew on the line. Theyve messed up her sandwich a few times because of the horse playing. Other than that this place is great. Edit: 3/22/2016 I got in touch with the franchise owner Jen and she handled my situation with such professionalism and understanding. She let it be known that she was going to be making some changes to this location. Firehouse Subs did not lose me as a customer despite the issues Ive been having with this stores crew.

Not at all pleased with this place. For starters, as we walked in we werent greeted or anything. That was my first turn off. But since I had never eaten here I still wanted to try it. Then I notice as an older white man comes in, he indeed gets greeted. Definitely made me feel as if my business wasnt as important. The employees didnt really help to explain the menu, they just stood unenthusiastic waiting to take the order. I got the cheesesteak sandwich, figuring you cant go wrong with that. But when I ate it, there was no flavor at all. As we left we still didnt get a thank you or come back to see us or anything. Seeing that the mediocre sandwich was also overpriced, I definitely dont see myself coming back here again.

I love this place! I work nearby and order online and pick up in the resturant on my lunch about 3 times a month. And when you order online you get all The options in store plus they do a good job of getting everything on your sandwich since they see the paper with what you want. Staff is always perky and happy when you walk in the door, I have never had a issue with them and they stuff your sandwich full! You get what you pay for!

YUM! We went as a family this weekend, I got the Club on a Sub. We loved every bit from the friendly workers welcome greet you upon entering to the free refills. The ingredients are fresh, juicy meat, the bread is NOT dry, and the environment is clean. Very great experience

Great food, but slow when the restaurant only had 4 customers inside and 5 people working the front (really only 1 girl was working, the guys were talking about the NBA finals game)

Amazing people work here, they actually bring your sub to the table and even pick it up once youre done eating. Love the service here, no other firehouse does that
