I have never reviewed a restaurant before, but this place thoroughly impressed me. I had been to other Firehouse Subs before, but never this location. The customer service here is absolutely phenomenal. Every employee interacts with the customers, are incredibly friendly and helpful, and make the customers feel important (especially Mr. Davies). This place should be the standard for customer service in the restaurant business. I wish I were in this area more often, because this would be a regular eating location for me. Thank you Firehouse, and keep up the great work!

I love how these guys treat their customers. Theres this inviting environment and the people who work here really look like theyre happy with their jobs. In my latest visit, which was today, Tariq, was the cashier who suggested the smoked turkey sandwich with banana peppers. It was AMAZING. He had the most respectful, sincere, and happy attitude. Im not a big sandwich person, but I love the treatment I receive here and thats why I come here. They make sure youre felt right at home while you eat.

Though I usually like this store, on a recent visit the staff asked my wife to give them the CVV code on her debit card. I dont guess these guys know how dangerous that is. That code is all it takes when someone has your card number. We refused to hand it over. The manager claims it was to stop folks from canceling payment. There are other less dangerous methods. Shame. I really liked this location, but I will not risk my personal information.

Was asked for the cvv number on my debit card due to the fact that others have had their bank cancel the charge. Just to let you know with the cvv number you can have complete access to my card on line. I signed the receipt now its incumbent on you to collect your money not treat all your custimers like crimenals. I really liked this store but dont know if Ill be back.

Place was very clean and well kept. We were greeted right when we walked in and asked "have you been here before" which was helpful cuz we had not. The staff was nice and food was delish!! The only thing... eat the sandwich there! I went back a 2nd time and live 1.5 miles ( if that) from the place and my sandwich was soggy. Other than that... mm mm good!

First time experience here. The staff helped walk us through ordering and made suggestions on what we might like. Both orders were done perfectly and the food was awesome. Chilli had enough kick to be enjoyable. Bathrooms and lobby were clean. They run a tight ship and it shows in the speed they had our order out. Will be returning in the future!

We have never had a bad sandwich or bad service at Firehouse. The sandwiches are delicious and the people who work there are so nice and friendly. Liz and David are the two that we see most often and they are great at recommending a new way to try your sandwich or a new sauce to try with it.

First time here but not my last. The interior is really cool with of course a firehouse theme. I had the bbq brisket sandwich and it was awesome. I also donated to the firehouse cause and received a really cool pickle bucket

The employees were messing around, they took 20 minutes to make my sandwich and the order was wrong. Out of all the Firehouse Subs I have been to in the Dallas area this one is the worst as far as the service.
