To save you time, pick any other chick fil a even if its twenty minutes away! I worked at a chick fil a for 2 and a half years, and I have gone here an extreme amount of times I even have TWO chick fil a membership cards here. So I had originally given this chick fil a a 3 month break because one morning (one car in front of me in the entire line) took over TEN MINUTES to get one basic breakfast meal. Now I decided I would give them another chance so, I placed an online order for one meal during lunch rush...I waited over TEN minutes again! The second day I placed an online order and walked in and out with my order thinking I had an amazing experience however the meat was entirely shredded on my market salad instead of a sliced grilled filet like its suppose to be. Third day (and this is it cuz I just cant handle this place anymore) said forget the online orders Ill go through drive through. Went through everything was extremely quick and great until I got my order at the window, I held up the watermelon mint tea I had ordered and noticed it looked way different than normal, I asked the THREE PEOPLE at the window right in front of me if this is the watermelon mint tea, every single one said yes!!! Are u kidding me??? It was lemonade with watermelon mint, its horrible and I hate it just like this place, it has no hope and no more of my patience or money, ridiculous!

Today when I went to Chick fil I had a terrible ordeal with the staff. As I was driving away from the drive thru we realized that a sandwich was missing from our order. Immediately after we noticed we told one of the employees. I was expecting maybe an apology and my samdwich. Instead she came back with the most rude and degrading response. She aggressively told me that she didnt know why I was asking for another sandwich if they had already given me one. Obviously if Im going back saying I didnt get it within seconds of receiving my order its because i didnt get it i even told them to check my car because of how ridicuolus it was to be accused of trying to make up a story for a extra sandwich. Seriously? Terrible terrible customer service. Ive never had such a bad experience at a fast food restaurant in my whole life. I buy food from this specific Chic fil A at least once or twice a week... well, did. Definitely will not be coming back.

I really love chick fil as food , but after what happened last time , big no no!..well my sister took my 2 yo to chick fil a and he accidentally vomit in the playground so they closed it bc the lady was cleaning it (which i totally agree with that) that happened at 2:45pm and then i got there at 3pm and my son was crying by the playground door and this other costumer asked the housekeeper why is the pg closed and she answered bc a kid threw up in there and she goes and points directly at my son with her finger saying "it was him it was him, he was the one". I didnt say anything to her but i felt that was so disrespectful towards a child who doesnt know about right or wrong. Im very dissapointed about this place wont ever go back there. Oh another thing they never opened the playground during the time we were there and we left at 5pm, seriously! And my baby was just crying and crying ..this ppl are careless.

So I wanted to give this place 1 star. I waited in a long line for over 10 minutes for my food (which is to be expected for the deliciousness that is chick file a). When I finally got to the window to get my food I asked the cashier for extra condiments. She glanced at me irritated and said ok. Im not one to complain about these sorts of things because I work in customer service, but she was happy and smiling until i asked for extra condiments. Well as Im pulling out of the crowded parking lot I look in my bag and to my surprise, NO CONDIMENTS. Not even the ones I ordered in the drive thru. Needless to say I was extremely irritated. I called and spoke to the manager and he was everything a manager should be! He was professional, calm and he genuinely sounded concerned about the issue. Because of HIM Im giving this location 5 stars.

I was very displeased. I walked in to find a long wait and customers that they seemed to prioritize rather than me. I kept my cool and decided that they may not have seen me but my the end, I bought something to go because I wasnt yet full, and they acted like I was invisible. It took 5 minutes to make a medium waffle fry and after I was handed it, the employee quickly avoided everyone and walked away. Not only was she in casual attire rather than her normal uniform that should have a name tag, but she was extremely rude when I asked for ketchup by ignoring me. I had to reach over the counter and grab a few ketchup packets, and while I was leaning over the counter, many employees just walked past, not bothering to help a customer who had spent about 18 dollars and that establishment. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Horrible customer service! I was there today got me my usual the spicy southwest salad with creamy salsa. I get home hungry after a long busy day and theres NO DRESSING for my salad. The worst thing is that my husband and I were there the night before and got the wrong dressing, this happened twice in a row!! I drive all the way back had to get off my car walk in while it was raining talked to a guy name "Jesse" told him what happened and all he did was give me the dressing bag. I started telling him how frustrated I was and he pretty much said was "you got your dressing what else do you want" AND he had the nerve to ask for my receipt first, like I really need a free dressing!

I went to this restaurant in Irving hoping to get better service. The representative explained everything on the menu to my satisfaction. However after explaining I hadnt been to this restaurant in over 3 months I was unsure what to order. After ordering and got to my seat I realized. I received a spicy when I never ordered one. I talked to the manager who explained he couldnt get me a plain chicken sandwich because they had threw all of the meat out because it was closing. In my opinion, his excuse was a poor one for giving bad customer service. I will never return.

My husband and I always go to this location because of the service. Vanessa, the location owner, runs a very friendly environment. It is always Their Pleasure!! I love how they are always walking around the dining area cleaning, and refilling drinks. Very, very tenured and savvy staff. We love the service and think everyone should know that this location is operated by a team that takes pride in their work and know what customer service is. Thank you for always making our breakfast experience a great one!!

Because is a franchise the food is about the same in every location, but what differentiate this place from the other is the people who work there. They are really helpfull and friendly, theres is this men that goes around asking you if you need anything and there is a sweet lady that gives you mints at the end of your meal. The staff is a dream come true for a customer.
