Worst Subway experience Ive ever had. Employee began making my sandwich while he was wearing only one glove. He had never heard of the Chicken Teriyaki sandwich. He did not microwave the chicken but instead served it to me cold. He didnt know the sweet onion sauce was supposed to go on it at all. He didnt ask me if Id be eating there and gave me the sandwich to-go instead, with no napkins. When I sat down at a table and opened the sandwich, the vegetables were all over and the sandwich had fallen apart immediately. He saw this happen and said "Im so sorry" from the employee area but did not offer to fix it or make me a new sandwich. The female employee working with him did not assist when he told her he hadnt heard of the teriyaki sandwich or say anything when she saw that my sandwich had fallen apart. In addition to that awful experience, the tables were dirty, the chip rack is in the way of the drink machine, and there is old metal restaurant equipment in the dining area. I will never, ever return to this location.

Went in with a coupon for buy one get one free 6inch. Prices appear to be adjusted higher to offset the free sandwich promotions going on. Coupon requires purchase of a 30oz soft drink. Soft drink machine broken. Offered a 20oz bottled beverage instead. Ordered a spicy Italian and a meatball. Was charged for a BMT instead(higher price). Receipt doesnt verify everything I ordered and what I actually received. Cost me just under $7 somehow when both sandwiches I ordered were listed as $4 per(+1.79 beverage and other sandwich free?). Only one employee working. She was nice, and she failed entering my coupon(still available on my phone) so thats why 2 stars. Owners or managers need to have pricing reviewed, teach staff how to use nationwide coupons via text, and have your soft drink machine functional during lunch hours. Was not given a receipt or napkins until I asked. And there was one other customer who walked in as she was finishing my sandwiches. No excuses here.

Worst experience at a subway ever. I sincerely hope someone reads this because the management here is terrible. They dont train their employees well. It took nearly 45 minutes to get three subs (one person ahead of me in the line), charged me for the wrong sub, which was more expensive. Told him that it was wrong and he didnt know how to fix it. Ended up a different sub was literally in pieces in the bag, was only partially wrapped in the paper. By the time I was leaving there were 7 people behind me while others had already walked out. I didnt even get a refund for anything because I felt so bad for the guy. The young guy should not have been left alone on a Friday evening at 5pm, because it is a busy time and he clearly was not fully trained.

Has happened on several occasions! I was just at the location today, June 26, 2017, @ or about 6:07pm and was waited on by a Hispanic young lady. As always, I order the sandwich of the day; Chicken Teriyaki. My Total was $7.68 - not correct because the total is normally$6.54. Once I realized she over charged me all she said was sorry, walked away and wait on the other gentalman who was next in line. I was not even offered a drink, some cookies, not the manager because of her mistake,,,BUT A SORRY! Hmmmm I love the heck out of subway because it is healthier for me. But after my service today, I will have to find somewhere else to eat. Not so pleased customer, Moseley

If I could I would leave them without any stars...there was a young Hispanic kid with lots of tattoos (for reference) with a look like He hasnt shaved in a long time...I saw him going outside to smoke then came back inside the store to start making sandwiches without washing his hands..just getting new gloves...He looked "stoned" with waterly eyes...like with a cold or flu...nasty,nasty,nasty

Walked in and there was nobody out front. Yelled hello and got no answer. Knocked on the counter and yelled hello again with no response. I only came here because its by my school, but Ill be making the slightly longer drive to the one by Tom Thumb on 3040. The guy finally came out after I walked out and he seemed to not care at all that they had lost a customer.
