This Chick-fil-A has outstanding service. My visit to Garland is to handle homeowners claims associated with the tornado event just after Christmas 2015. This morning Chick-fil-A served as my temporary office so I could catch up on paper work and such. The staff and management have been outstanding in their service, friendliness and welcoming attitude. From my entry, Soraima welcomed and treated me like royalty. Always checking in on me to see if there was any thing I needed. Justin made several rounds on a consistent basis to check to make sure things were satisfactory. I really enjoyed my stay here and appreciate the staff at this location. Great job!

Luz needs to think more about her customers and customer service because we are the reason she has a job. Dont try and upcharge your customers just because you dont agree with there order !! I asked for a #1 with waffle frys insted of hashbrow. And she said she will have to charge everything seperate..that cost me 2.00 more. But thats ok I paid but you best bet that this location lost 4 customers just by her greediness because we prefer to drive all the way to Richardson to get our order instead of going to this location again and to you Miss Luz God dont like ugly

I went here to grab lunch for my son and daughters open school lunch. The manager was outstanding. He started talking to me about my day and asked what I did for a living, told him I worked in the medical field and he said, "you seem like a military man." I humbly replied and he thanked me for my service and said he was appreciative. I asked my wife what she normally paid for this same meal and she said about double. It felt good because I try to humble myself and he went out of his way to make me feel appreciated.

Food is good of course, but do yourself a favor and go in if you can. They just dont seem to be very thorough in the drive through and it takes longer than going in. Ive had several instances of missing food items or kid drink and I dont think theyve ever given me the little kid toy Ive asked for instead of the big kid one, lol. Eta: ok, so they gave me the right toy this time, just no chocolate milk.

The employees were just standing around the drive through talking and laughing and not paying attention to my order they messed up the order two times and the food after eating it an hour later I got extremely sick the chicken taste like old grease. I have not had Chick-fil-A in a while and was very disappointed in the service that I got and will not be returning.

This is actually the first chick fil a Ive walked into and wasnt immediately greeted from the counter. In fact there were several teens behind the counter just walking around just waiting on their shift to end. I finally got someones attention and ordered. Disappointing. I look forward to the repeated "my pleasure" during my visits!

This is probably the most unfriendly Chick-fil-A Ive been to. The food is pretty standard for the chain but sub par service. I mean I know you work in fast food technically but you dont have to appear to hate your life and push that state on to the customer with rude behavior. We all have to start somewhere.

The food is always good at Chick-fil-A however this location has serious employee issues always short of help. One morning I was in a hurry of course to get to work myself only two people in the store one manager and a brand new cashier it took 25 minutes to get food other customers were very unhappy as well

SO SLOW. Most Chick-fil-A locations Ive been to have an employee outside taking orders during the busy times, but this one never does. Nearly every time Ive been the line is around the building and it takes at least 20min to get through. If you live nearer to Sachse/Murphy, just go to the Wylie location.

My favorite chick fil a! I drive all the way from Richardson to go to this location. Fast, pleasurable staff, hot food & they keep the condiments stocked & out for your choosing (unlike the belt line & Preston rd location thats 5 minutes from me!)

Its the best fast food restaurant chain and every chick fil a location is great. The employees are always so nice and always get your order correct. And the food... well lets just say i could literally eat there every day for the rest of my day.

This is one of 2 chick filet I frequent which I am always impressed with. Busy as ever but always efficient and so nice. The happy smiles are one of the best things there. Also love the spicy chicken sandwich.

Great staff, service and food. I wish the get rid of the kids play area, the kids often get out of control and parents ignore them and of course the store wont step in. I dont go at high busy times.

As with most Chick-fil-A restaurants, you may have to wait a bit if you go during the breakfast/lunch/dinner rushes. However, the staff here is excellent and keep things moving smoothly.
