1 star for the manager aley/On sept 15, 2016 I ordered a small meatball sandwich with 2 extra meatballs. The young man took the order told the manager aley I requested extra 2 meatballs as she prepared it. When I got it there were no extra meatballs, I ate it anyway and it was great. I asked her name she said aley, then I asked why I didnt get my order of 2 extra meatballs. She replied you were not charge for them so you didnt get them with a negative tone. I said I was going to fill out a review and let people know about her so I believe she needs additional training to fulfill customers orders as they order and if she cant for some reason Inform the customer like a true professional. Bottom line the food has been great the 6 times we have had ate there and she has been Rude both times weve seen her there. Also she had bread on the floor putting stocking the lower shelve and the mens room had no paper towels for employees and customers to dry there hands.

We used to frequent Firehouse Subs in Mesquite since they opened until........their employee was rude about me ordering a sandwich how I wanted it. I am the customer, if I want a sandwich a specific way then you should accommodate me. I wasnt asking for extra of anything or to have a discount for reducing my order to one meat instead of two. I mentioned I come to this location like twice a week so I know basically what I want and he sarcastically replied, I am here 6 days a week. Okay?!?! I addressed the company on the same night via their "contact us" link on their website. Much to my surprise (or maybe its really not), they didnt have the courtesy to reply, it is now 2 weeks later. My family will not spend another dime with this company. I want to warn you if you have a problem, it will not be resolved by the company.

Was on a recent business trip and the Belvedere appears to be the perfect spot. The atmosphere is lovely, low lighting, beautifully refurbished and cool looking hotel and restaurant. However, the food was average and the service HORRIBLE! Asked for coffee after dinner finally--since no one approached us about dessert or coffee....served in an awkward manner and without a spoon to stir. Asked for a spoon and never got it...even tho others asked the same question. The wait staff was inexperienced and didnt even know how to clear dishes or serve. As a party of 5 we were not overwhelming, but they just didnt know how to be waiters, busboys, etc. They seemed like a hodgepodge of wait staff and no one really knew what the other was doing. Too bad...it could have been a wonderful evening.

I went to visit and I saw this short female Hispanic who was sick, SICK!!! AND SHE WAS SERVING FOOD! What company would let their sick employee work! All I could imagine was my food being invested with these nasty flu germs every which way!!! I was truly disgusted and alarmed by this act of below average service! I dont write reviews, but I was so alarmed by this act of inhumanity I just had to write this review. You need better managers!!! Good Day, cause I will not be coming back! I SAID GOOD DAY!

The sandwiches are good if you eat in the restaurant! It gets too soggy if you order take out. I posted a picture of the salad a couple months back and it was absolutely disgusting. The lettuce was brown and the salad was soggy. I dont even understand how they were okay with selling the salad.

Im not a fast food lover but it happened that I had to stop here. Its clean and comfortable. It was some game on TV so the atmosphere was like home. Order was done very fast. The subs were tasty. Nice clean place. Thank you!

The food was good as normal however the TV was so loud people couldnt hear orders being called out. The hot sauce bar was almost completely empty. Things that might have been over looked cause they were busy.
