From the start I was shown impeccable customer service. I used the online ordering tool to request a cake and attach a picture of an idea I found online. So easy! Nikki promptly responded and quoted me an amazing price. The best part was that the party I was ordering a cake for was planned at the last minute and I ordered just 2 days in advance. Nikki let me know that while I would need to pay in advance (very undertstandable) there would be no rush fee. She even allowed me to pay over the phone. The cake itself was absolutely perfect. The guest of honors face said it all! He absolutely loved it! She made it look even better than the picture. Not only was it gorgeous, but it was also delicious. Her icing truly is incredible. I will most definitely be back! Thanks Nikki!

Very dissapointed at the people here, called everyday for a week and nobody ever answered the phone. I cancelled my order or so I thought, little did I know that they will not refund $70 for an 8 inch cake. Owner gave me a long speech on how she paid staff to " MIX my BATTA" even though I had to cancel for an unforseen event. She told me people do not realize what really goes on behind the scenes of the making of a cake, which I sincerely respect. They absolutely do not refund $, after this experience do you really think I would like to re-do business with you? I think NOT. So beware. I am letting my bank deal with this issue now and its not the first time. There are other reviews with similar PROBLEMS

I just want to say thank you to Absolutely Edible Cakes for their amazing work on my wifes birthday cake! They did a tremendous job, were very professional and from start to finish provided excellent customer service! I would recommend them for your cake and catering needs. The thing that I personally loved the most was their confidence in knowing that would do a great job for me and I was reassured that they would do everything they could to make sure they did! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! I used Absolutely Edible for my wedding cake last year. I have never been more pleased with a cake in my life! As a fellow baker, its very difficulty to find someone who not only meets your expectations and standards when it comes to quality and design. Nikki and her staff EXCEEDED my expectations. I still have guests that comment on not only the beautiul design, but also the flavor and quality of the cake! You will NEVER go wrong if you use ABSOLUTELY EDIBLE CAKES!!!

Just tried them out for the first time this Saturday. We ordered a birthday cake from there and it was amazing! The cake was exactly as they said it was going to be and we had no problems at all. It was extremely affordable considering it wasnt a sheet cake. We spent less than $100 and were extremely pleased with their service. The only negative thing is they dont open everyday but I suppose thats because theyre busy fulfilling orders. Definitely well be trying them again soon.

Had my daughter a cake done at Absolutely Edible Cakes. I didnt really know what I wanted by I gave some ideas to Nikki and she WOW me. I wanted to impress my 7 yr old since I dont see her as much as I would like. I wanted this cake special and I got more than I every expected. The cake tasted great and look awesome. This is a 5 star location. Very nice and professional people. I highly recommend and please try the Sweet Potato Thing.

Nikkii has done my Daughter Jennifers Birthday Cake for over 25 years!! Jennifers Birthday is on Christmas Day this year she will be 33 year old. When I order I just tell Nikki just do your thing. She is so creative plus her cakes taste absolutely wonderful!! Oh goodness can not forget The Sweet Potato Thing best darn dessert ever!!!! Thanks Nicki you the best!!

They designed my wedding cake; it was absolutely beautiful and delicious. I love the consultation that I had with Mrs. Jackson (owner). She was very patient, understanding and down to earth. She helped us stay within our budget. My wedding cake was similar to my wedding dress. I definitely will use her again and always recommend her business.
