First time at a Firehouse and probably the last. None of the employees greeted us or acted like they wanted to be there. They didnt ask what kind of dressing I wanted with my salad. When I asked for dressing, they said its in there and I said oh ok, I hadnt said what kind I wanted, she said theres Italian in there, I said Id rather have Ranch, which got me a huff and an eyeroll. Had to go back in for silverware, because there was no fork in the to go bag, get back to the job were working on and find that they gave me a spoon. Thanks but no thanks... Im not only a paying customer, but a really nice person who isnt snobby towards people when they want what they pay for.

Fresh. Love the Hook N Ladder, delicious. The seasonal pulled pork with slaw is, well I wish it was served everyday, it is that good!!! I keep a bottle of the Apple Cinnamon BBQ sauce at home. Firehouse best sub around.

The most unfriendly, unwelcoming staff! Who stands at a register and doesnt say two words to their customer? Not a smile, not a word. Shame because the foods good but I wont be back with this same staff.

Really friendly folks at this Firehouse Sub. Sandwiches are always good. Love the fresh cut lemons AND limes at the drink station. Really like lime in my tea so this is so refreshing to have available.

Excellent food, but the bathroom was not up to par. The paper towel dispenser was broken and the soap dispenser was broken. How were the employees washing their hands?

Nice hot sandwiches and supports a great cause! This location has friendly staff, flat screens, and a touch screen drink machine! Always clean and accurate!
