I had a minor incident with my white 2014 Nissan Altima which is a company car. I had several quotes on getting the car fixed repaired but always look for a trusted local business. I spoke with Edward on the phone and went to visit with him. Grimes takes great pride in their work and have been completely satisfied with the work that was done with my vehicle. The front bumper needed to taken and adjusted and there was a three day process for the paint to be applied. Edward explained in detail what need to be done and followed up with me during the process. I also went over a curb and damaged my car the day after it was fixed. Grimes worked with me and fixed the car a second time. I highly recommend using Grimes body shop and will let anyone know that you will be in good hands when getting work done.

I made two phone calls, one to Insurance and one to Grimes P&B.... Edward took care of everything from there, Tow Truck, dealing with insurance, everything. I didnt have to worry about a thing. My Wife and I went to pick up the car and it was perfect in everyway, it looked better than it did when we bought it. Edward takes pride in every job he does and you can tell in the finished job. Fast, courteous, perfect work, this is the best shop I have ever dealt with, and needless to say, I will never take my cars anywhere else to get fixed... this is my paint and body shop!
