These guys are an absolute God-send! I am a single parent short on funds and even when I did not have anything to pay them, these fellows stopped what they were doing and helped me anyway. Even if you do not live in the area, it would be worth the trip to get this excellent service from people who really care about the person and not just the sale. Absolutely fantastic! I will return for any and ALL repairs! Excellent service and nice folks - great, great, great! Not enough good things to say about this shop and all the folks that work and serve!

A steel chair hit my mini van. Paul from Platinum Collision went above and beyond. His customer service is something u dont find everywhere. I had my kids and car seats to move in and out of van to rental and back and he moved and installed everything for me as i held my 3 month old. He knew i could not wait so he facilitated transaction. The van bumber needed replaced it was not put on the way it was originally and i took it back for them to re-adjust. I will update post with quality of bumber, tank and fender repair.

Im 19, and they treated me like I was ignorant when I grew up working on cars, they acted like I was not important to them, they caused me to be late to work several times over dealing with things they did not fix the first time, nothing but disappointment and almost a month and a half in a rental car
