When my husband went to drop the car off they told him they had no record of the appointment(that was made 3 weeks prior). Then after about 15 minutes of calling different people up there to "try" to help him they finally found it. My car has been there for almost a week now and no one has followed up with me on what is being done, or the fact that additional things needed to be done. I had to call them an ask what the status of my car was. I was transferred 2 times before anyone knew what I was talking about and willing to help me. I was told that I would get a call back yesterday by 5 PM to let me know if my car would be ready to be picked up today(Because I needed to make the proper driving arrangements prior) and was never called back by Chris or Jim. Chris has been very short and rude with me when I have talked to him and so has two of the ladys that answer the phone when you first call. I would like to say that maybe this was just a fluke, that people were having a bad day and that it was bad timing, BUT they did the same thing to my mother in law just 2 weeks prior to me using them. I feel that the people up here are not wanting to be here and that they are not about customer service. I dont appreciate being run around, and the lack of communication on their part(especially being such a huge cooperation) they would strive for great customer service, but they have failed in a very BIG way!!! I wouldnt use this facility!!

They are so busy eating breakfast that they cant take the time to give you an estiment. I went in at 7:45 the only person that n there besides the employees and not only did she tell me I would have to make an appointment to get an estiment but she was so busy eating her whataburger that she could even set up an appointment for me but she could give me a number to call if they are this lazy when you try to bring business to them then I doubt if they even care when they are working on your car no character or class at this place avoid at all cost

Outstand service !!!! I was kept up to date with where my vehicle was at in the repair process by text message and personal phone calls. My vehicle took a few extra days to finish, this was because my Service Advisor Chris Castillo didnt like how one part look after it came out and had it re done. He took very good care of me and treated me like I was family. Highly recommend Service King Rowlett to anyone.

This is the second time Ive been (dont judge). They are so friendly and personable. They remember me each time I call, even things I mention offhand about family or unrelated things. They went out of their way this time to make sure I got the right mudguards for my Buick even though it ended up being a whole thing. Next time I hit something I shouldnt, Ill be back!
