The customer service here is horrible. They were the lowest of all the quotes I got to fix my car so I brought it to them and had them start on it, shortly after I get a phone call from the owner saying he "quoted" the head lights wrong, which ended up being roughly 2,000 dollars more. Understandably things are more sometimes but at this point he then wanted to charge me money to put the car back together even after he gave me the wrong prices on the damage from the get go. So I was trapped and ended up just letting them finish the car and when we picked it up we had some disputes over the insurance and what was charged. Instead of politely talking to us about the situation the owner was EXTREMELY rude and argued with me and my dad, told us we know nothing about business or what we were talking about and that he would appreciate it if we never did business with him again. My family has owned and ran a successful company in Dallas for nearly sixty years now and if I know anything about business its this, you do not treat customers with disrespect and you definitely do not argue with them. Customers are free to choose where they spend their money and this is NOT a place I would recommend giving a dime to.

My car was hit and my dealership recommended B&D Paint and body to repair my damages. Nice staff and my car was repaired in a timely matter. However, when I picked my car up a noticed a few things that could of been better. I immediately took my car back, and spoke with Bobby about my concerns. he was very apologetic and offered to redo the area that wasnt done so well. I will be dropping my car off today to have it fixed. I hope I will be able to say I will return to this shop if I ever needed a body shop in the future. update from previous post- as promised, the work on my car was corrected and bobby even covered the charge for my rental while they took my car to fix the job they did before. I can tell they value their customers and I will definitely go back if I ever needed work done in the future.

First let me start off by saying that amazing customer service and attention to detail are very important to me. And from what I have experienced from this companys owner, staff, and management they have surpassed my expectations. The reason I came here was mostly due to the previous reviews I was reading, and the fact I did not want to take my car to an assembly line establishment that just wants to get the car out as fast as possible. I wanted to take my car to a shop that cares and enjoys the work they do as well as treat their customers like they care and provides quality work! I am glad I made the right choice in bringing in our family vehicle to B&D paint and body. It’s a choice I don’t regret in the least. And if I have any other needs I will for sure return here.

I was so distraught when a reckless driver hit me and my car was on the verge of being totaled out by the insurance company. I searched for a shop that would be able to fix the damage at a fair price and in a timely manner as I couldnt really afford a rental for an extended period of time. B&D was literally a Godsend!!! Not only did they fix my vehicle for the price needed, but they were patient, understanding, and delivered my car back to me personally at my job! THANK YOU, YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING! If anyone asks me where to get their car repaired, I will not hesitate to refer them to you! Simply wonderful and I am more than satisfied... Absolutely phenomenal customer service :)

Excellent service, great management and staff, prompt service. Bobby, Joe and the person at the front desk were great, very friendly and respectful. I would definitely take my car here again if something happens. Very friendly staff, courteous and helpful. The first time I took my car here, they helped me out taking me to my apartment and picking me up when the car was done. The second time I took my car here, I needed a car to take my kids to school and they helped me out lending me one. I really recommend this business to everyone. The car came out GREAT and on time! I really appreciate the help they gave me. God bless them.

We have been to B&D several times over the past 16 years and have received nothing but excellent service! Today the guys there went above and beyond. I had accidentally pulled a piece of my wheel well off and popped into B&D to see how much it would cost to have it put back on. The price was right and the guys took my car back to fix it. About 15 minutes later, our service guy brings us the keys back and told us the job was so easy and that he wasnt charging us a thing!! I highly recommend this place. It is clean, has fresh coffee and water waiting for you, and everyone is so friendly. Go see them for any body shop needs!

I have nothing but good to say about this place they have fixed my car a couple of times,once for hail damage and just here recently i had front end damage from hitting a bob cat.They are nice ppl they were never rude always nice and respectful,you cant judge a business by one person that no longer works there.They did excellent work on my car above and beyond what needed to be done.All i can say is that Bobby is an upstanding guy and truly cares about how his customers are treated and he always will put the customer first. My insurance company sent out an inspector and said the work on my car was outstanding.

Truly a wonderful experience with B&D. I had two incidents that led me to this wonderful shop that not only delivers excellence service and customer satisfaction. I felt very at ease going through the estimate process, and the eventual repairs. More importantly customer service was amazing and I love the feeling of that everyone over B&D wanted to make sure I understood the process. I am very grateful. B&D sent a wrecker to pick up my car from the scene of my accident. They kept me informed, handled my adjuster and worked great with my insurance during the claim process. As soon as the adjuster appraised the damage they got to work fixing my vehicle. I am completely pleased with their hard work, how quickly they were able to finish my car, their professionalism, and their staff. There is no where else that I would trust with one of our vehicles. Plus it never hurts when the place you receive your rental car from has rave reviews about how quickly and efficiently B&D does their job! THANK YOU!!!!!

When my car was in an accident and I was getting quotes for the repairs, I came away with a very favorable impression of Bobby, Joe, Tricia and the whole gang. It was validated when the repairs on my car were completed without an issue or complaint. When my car was run into again, 3 weeks later, I went back to B&D because of the great experience I had the first time. Their work was as promised, on time, in time and at the rate agreed. I cannot say enough nice things about this group. If I ever get involved in another accident, I know where to take my car.
