Would leave 0 stars if I could. Horrible business practices. Body shop manager is never there, and the owner will not give any info on your vehicle if the manager is out. Went to check on one of our cars today that had been there for over a week and the manager blatantly told us that he forgot about our car and laughed about it. Ive never seen a company find it amusing that they forgot about a paying customers car. He even stated that he would "try" to get it painted tomorrow and that he has other insurance jobs that he needs to get to first. Which to me says, we have other more important customers and we will get to you when we can.
