These people are crooks! They quoted me $3700 to repair my car, demanded $2,000 up front "for parts" to even start work on it. I sent a tow truck to take it for a second opinion elsewhere and they wouldnt release the car saying they had started work on it, so I gave them the $2,000 believing it to be the right thing to do since they had started the work, even though they had told me they couldnt without the money up front. It took three months to even get a quote, and another three months for repairs to be completed even though I was told "a week and a half". So, six months later when it was finally done I was told I owed AN ADDITIONAL $5,000+ for the repairs, they would not take a check, demanding cash. They are now charging me storage fees even though they are the ones who will not release the car. They have filed for a mechanics lien even though they have no signed work order, I never signed anything authorizing any work, much less over $7,000 for a car that kelly blue books at less than 6k. I am out both the car and the $2,000 I was stupid enough to give them up front. DO NOT trust them!

****DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!!!**** We were referred through an insurance company and took the car to be looked at and was told the damage that needed to be fixed would take 3 days..which turned into a week which turned into 3 weeks. A 600$ deposit was left and 1600$ was due at time of pick up. On the 3rd week, the owner agreed to pay for a rental and said the car would be ready in 3 days. On the FOURTH day of the THIRD week the car was ready but the rental fees were not reduced from the amount owed & there were key like scratches on the car from the owners sister who painted the car. The police were called and the owners SISTER who claims she cant speak English (but did so extremely well before the police arrived) demanded 1350$ instead of the 1200$ that the owner agreed to take!! This place has horrible customer service, everything screams ILLEGAL....save yourself the trouble and DO NOT go to this shop!!

Terrible experience. Steer clear of this place, there are plenty of good businesses that do body work.
