Caliber Collision Wylie has gone over, above and beyond my expectations while working and as they completed the repair to my Tahoe. Jaymee Estrada and Aaron Grossman have outshined any other advisors I have worked with, both were professional and knowledgeable and equally involved with my repair. They made every attempt to keep my promise date and even completed repairs a few days early at that! I was kept informed every step of the way. Upon pick up, I was greeted by Amanda Holman with a smile and she provided me with all pre-prepared paperwork for my vehicle. I would refer this repair center to all and will return should I ever need any additional collision repairs. Great teamwork Caliber! Great job!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience having my car repaired here by Jaime and the team. I was kept updated of the progress throughout the repairs via email, which was very convenient. The repairs were top quality and the overall repair time was very reasonable. The few times I showed up, I was greeted by a friendly smile and great attitude. Its hard to find customer service of this caliber, but when you do, you want to go the extra mile to show your satisfaction. If I ever have to get a car repaired in the future, this would be my first choice shop.

Exceptional customer service and work. The body work is flawless, though I had minor interior scuffs on my door after the body work was done, I called after noticing it and was told to bring it in and theyd have it taken care of. Bill dealt with me directly, he took full responsibility, and took care of everything. You cant even tell there was any scuffing. Incredible customer service and would recommend to anyone! Worst service ever. Theyve had my car for two months. Trying to get in touch with anyone there is like pulling teeth. If you dont have time to call them youre out of luck because they wont take the initiative to call you. Do not go to this place.

Not really a review, but if you are looking for this shop it is actually on the other side of 544 on Westgate behind the Chilis. Not sure why maps is showing it by the home depot as it is on the opposite side of FM 544.
