I had a very difficult repair on my 2012 Charger. The car has factory decals and lettering across both sides and onto the front fenders. It also has factory decals on the hood. When Rich and his professional crew got finished repairing a busted left front fender, hood and a left side side swiped by a car running a red light I could not tell it had even been in a wreck. The crease lines were perfect and matched perfectly with the side which had not been wrecked. The paint matched to perfection even after years of outside sun and usage. The decals were absolutely perfection. No rattles, the car drove straight, steering wheel back straight. I checked under the hood and not a bolt or clip out of place let alone missing. As a mechanic I see a lot of slop jobs from even the big box places a lot of times or where the paint doesnt match the fading of the old or even over-spray. Not these guys, they are VERY professional, take it from another professional in a different auto expertise. I dont know how they do it as I am a mechanic but not a body man. I am very satisfied and have sent others to this shop with good feedback afterwards. I wanted to share as a place which cares about their customers and their property and takes pride in their work is so hard to find as we all have experienced. I feel confident to recommend Rich and his business to all in need of a trustworthy body repair go-to. Bob E.

Incredible Experience! Just want to quickly say that I have used Google since its inception and have never posted a review. Thats how much I appreciate these guys. Had hail damage on my wifes Lexus RX 350 and was quite concerned about who to use for repair as we never had a need for this type of service. My wife and I both did our homework and found there are many choices around D/FW. Long and short, these guys were highly recommended, so we chose to go with Texas Auto Barn. Rich and Ben were very personal, professional and seasoned in this type of work. They explained the entire process from start to finish, dealt with our insurance company, had it ready when promised and delivered back the vehicle "Good as New". We could not be happier. Thanks a ton guys. We honestly hope there is never another need for auto body work, but if so...we know where to go. We will definitely be referring our friends, family and others as opportunities arise!

Texas Auto Barns services are the epitome of class. They resurrected my vehicle from a mangled piece of metal to a condition that is better then when I first purchased it. In additional to their professional work, the owners, Rich and Ben show deep and sincere empathy by working with my restricted budget and helped me with my deductible. My once totaled car now looks good as new! I want to personally thank the owners for the level of honesty, respect and treatment that I have received. I truly commend them, as such service and professionalism are rare in this day and age. In regards to communication, my calls were always answered and/or returned promptly. I was referred to Texas Auto Barn by a friend after receiving a beautiful surprise in the local Walmart parking lot. It looked like someone backed up into the front side of my car with large vehicle and destroyed the front end and door. Several other body shops gave an estimate around $2,000, Rich worked with me on the price and actually came down to $1,600. He instantly earned my business! They performed the work and it came out excellent!!! You would never know that my car had been repaired or that it had been repainted - the color of the freshly painted sections exactly matched that of the original. They treat their customers very well! The owners went out of their way by staying late to wait for me to get off of work just to give me a free estimate. On top of that, they finished my car two days early. Even though going through something like this sucks, these guys certainly make the experience less troublesome and convenient.

Originally my situation was not handled properly, and work that was paid for was not completed. Got the run around and it was not handled professionally. Now this was with another shop that is associated with Texas Auto Barn. I contacted Rich, and he stepped in and handled everything for me that was not finished being taken care of originally. He more than took care of my situation and treated me with the upmost respect. When it was all said and done, he even went out of his way to return my truck to me. Not to mention, his shop did very exceptional work. I would definitely recommend his shop. Also not to mention, I am a disabled veteran who values my truck more than most people value their vehicle. And when my truck was returned to me, I highly appreciated him and his wife thanking me for my service.

So I read all he reviews and wondered, are these all real reviews? I can tell you now having gone there, they have been nothing but professional, honest and very thorough. I can be somewhat of a skeptic at times, but Texas Auto Barn deserves the 5 star rating I have assigned and I honestly dont give those out without cause. From the moment I went in to get a quote, to picking up the car, they did what they said they would do and no surprises at all. I think what I appreciate more than anything is they show customer service and an honest job of good quality is how to not only sustain a good business but grow it. I will tell everyone I know looking for body or paint work, I know of the best place in the metroplex to get the work done. Thanks again guys, for a job well done!!! :)

SO thankful I chose Texas Auto Barn! My Jetta was recently hit by two hail storms in McKinney. Originally took it to a Paintless Dent Repair Shop and was told the damage was too severe for PDR alone. So I searched online for local body shops with excellent reviews in my area and decided to stop by Texas Auto Barn after work on Friday. I got there as they were closing and Ben stayed late to talk with me and answer all my questons. I brought my car back to them on Monday to start the repairs. It was pretty damaged but they were done the following week! They did an excellent job and even worked in my deductible! I couldnt be happier with the repairs! The owner, Rich, was very helpful and understanding throughout the process. I highly recommend him and his crew!! Thanks again Rich!

Texas Auto Barn is "First Rate" in my book, I have been around Auto Body Shops all over North Texas for 35 years, Im pretty hard to impress, but Rich and his team blew this 55 year old Grandpa out of the water. Ben was very courteous and professional, as well as his brother. I did not feel as though all they wanted was my money, (i.e.) companies money. I have a very good eye for any body repairs, repaint, touch ups, etc. I got my car back faster than I expected, and I truly cannot tell where the damage was, AWESOME! If these gentlemen keep taking care of customers like this, we may see them on television with own show someday, and I will definitely be watching, I think I know who will be painting my 69 Chevelle!God Bless you Guys!
