DONT GO HERE!!!!! This place is nothing but a scam and they dont know what they are doing! I took my car to them in August for transmission problems. after almost a month I finally get my car only to drive maybe 10 miles and it does the exact same thing it was doing when I took it in! They come get it and "try" to fix it again. Almost a month passes again and when I got it same thing happened again! Only this time I was in Plano at 10 pm and had to pay a tow truck to come get it! When Hernandez finally came and got it for the 3rd time they kept it for about 2 weeks and told me they replaced transmission and some other part so it should be fixed...that was October 13th and last night my car broke down again for the 4th time doing the same thing again! I will be calling them and asking for my money back! Or all go ahead and file a law suit!

Hernandez Auto Repair roban el dineno venden partes que no sirven la maña que tienen es que no te marcan la pieza y cuando vas a canviarla te dicen no te podemos canviar la pieza porque no esta marcada no recomiendo este orible lugar por favor no vallan nunca a ese lugar.

Muy mal el lugar. Se tardan bastante en entragarte tu carro y luego despues de entregarnos la camioneta quedo peor de cuando la llevamos. La dejaron peor, no funciona! No recomiendo este lugar!

I have a new mechanic, this place rocks. They repaired my truck in one day. Replaced water pump, trans cooler lines, carrier bearing, serpentine belt, radiator hoses, plugs, wires & flushed the coolant system. Price was right, they didnt add a fee on to the price of the parts. Very nice and professional. Even stayed late for me to pick up my truck.

This place is great. I took my car in around 10am one day to have a new A/C compressor put on. I purchased the part myself, and they did the work. My car was ready around 4pm the same day and when I picked it up the A/C was blowing like a champ! The best part is that I saved hundreds of dollars because the services are so reasonably priced.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. my car hasnt been working for a month and already have paid $1700 in repairs to only take it back three times.!! & my car is still sitting up there and hasnt been touch in almost 2 weeks. This place needs to be shut down for good because obviously they have NO IDEA what theyre doing.

Worst experience ever I dont recommend this place to anyone not only do they do a poor job, they dont honor what they say. They add additional stuff on the receipt and scan it so it shows as if the add on was already written on.
