I recently had a car accident which was not my fault. Instead of taking it to the Honda dealership, I lazily took it to the body shop closest to my house with the best Yelp reviews. The initial work was incomplete and poor. I did have to return to the shop 3 times. However, once I brought it to the attention of the manager, she was more than willing to fix it (at no additional cost) to my complete satisfaction. Further, because of the inconvenience of having to return to the shop and because of the initial work quality, she even fixed my back bumper for free. It was completely cracked and the shop replaced it. I dont think this is a bad or dishonest bodyshop. I think most of the 5 star reviews are correct. I just think they had some personnel changes and happened to be extremely busy during the time my car was there. Granted it wasnt my problem but the shop more than made up for it by correcting the work in a timely manner and doing more work for free. I felt that my complaints were heard and that I was valued as a customer. Most importantly in the end, the car looks brand new.

Friendly when I first stopped by after someone had front-ended me and had asked to pay out-of-pocket for the damage. I actually had to go to the shop twice because the lady in charge of estimates only gets in around 1PM; once she was there, she took a careful look and, within 24 hours, came up with what seemed like a reasonable amount, which she communicated via voicemail. However, the person who had caused the accident understandably wanted to see a written estimate, and thats when things got a bit complicated, mainly due to communication issues (neither of the two main office workers speak fluent English). Currently awaiting the actual repair work to be completed and will update this review accordingly, in due course.

I went to Guarinis with a dent in my car and ask for an estimate of cost and time. The man reassured me it was an easy fix and could do it for a very low price. It was such a low price that I had extremely low expectations, but the body work that was done made my car look brand new, as if I had paid 3 or 4 times the amount I actually paid to get it fixed. I am new to the area, but I would strongly suggest this place to anyone with an auto body issue. Also, be sure to have a little patience as English is not the first language of the people at Guarinis, but its well worth it- they want to help you.

I brought my 06 civic in for body work (two large cracks in bumper, side door panel dented and scratched up) and not only were they the least expensive estimate I could find but they did an amazing job (and in less than 48 hours to boot). They were very nice and eager to to please. The place looks small and shady, but could not be better service and nicer people. I will definitely be going back to Guarani...

Fantastic service. I had my car back in two days. The work they did was incredible; you cant tell there was ever any damage to the section they repaired. It looks brand new. All the while they were polite and gave great customer service. If I ever have service done in the future, I will definitely come back here.

Called and ask for a quote on a bumpers paint job. Who ever answer was rude and didnt let me talk, his reply was "I dont know, I need to see the car". Before I could ask for an appointment or when can I go, he hanged up. Seems they dont want costumers or are too busy. Wont be calling back!!!

Dropped my 2008 Honda Civic off on a late Tuesday afternoon to get my fender, fender liner, engine lining fixed on my car. Got a very reasonable quote within two hours of dropping it off, and within 5 days I had my car back looking brand f****** new! Great service and fast repairs.

Super solid! They are close to the metro (in case you wanna metro somewhere while your working is getting done and they have the best rates DC has to offer. Plus they give you a complimentary car was once the work is all done. Look no where else in DC metro area.

I drove to this place after reading these reviews. But Wasted 2 hours waiting guy didnt speak English, kept referring to a lady who never showed up first at 2 then 2:15 Later he suggested that I use the next door place as an option - very strange experience!

Ive taken my car there twice and they were very fast, cheap, and did a very good job. I took in because the front bumper had been torn of my Murano and some scrapes on the body. They turned it around in one day and paid the deductible for my insurance.
