I will never take my car to this place ever again. I never got updates. I had to call for them. I was given a date for completion, and if I wouldnt have called before going to pick up my car, I would have wasted the trip. Then they told me the next day it would be done. Now come to find out, items are missing that I had left in my center consol. Hand knit cap and gloves, car chargers, change. Lets just say that when I was asked to do a survey it was not yes and 10s.

I had the most amazing experience working with the manager of this place. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions above and beyond expectation. When they were done with my car, it looked like it did when I drove it new off the lot. They even detailed it for me. Took 20 minutes just to get a front bumper estimate. Employee barely knew how to type and enter a vin. If it takes that long to type in information it may take them days do an actual repair? Part cost 442 the total cost of repair is over 1000! They must have lawyers and doctors in the back repairing for that price.

I had my car their for repairs and they parked my car on the street and it got hail damage. They.did.not.even.call.me.to.tell.me. They called my insurance company, who then called me. Theyve had my car for 2 weeks and I have not heard a peep from them. Im supposed to be getting text alerts, but nada.
