This funeral home is trash. Charles is so unorganized and doesnt know what the heck he is doing. Wonder how he received his license. My family and I needed my grandma to be ready by a certain time and we understand it takes a while but he specifically said she will be ready. He shouldnt have agreed to a deadline if he wasnt sure. He promised the paperwork and everything would be ready. When we had our grandmas funeral he said she was ready but in the middle of church her mouth started bleeding out which I dont believe thats suppose to happen!!!! The same day that my grandma was suppose to be sent over to Mexico to have her burial there he gave us our paperwork with more than half of the papers missing! He knew what day we were leaving and he comes out with that bullshit. In addition we had to wait for more than 12 hours at the border because he doesnt know how to do his damn job. This place is seriously trash and save your troubles and go to a different funeral home.

on January 4 my mother passed away was the first time my family has had to deal with death. of course no plans were set in place she was so young only 61 who know.we prayed on who we should have her sent to. an God did provide above an beyond as he always does. they walked through everything with such love an kindness as if it was there mama. we had personal issues with alot of things as you know funeral are not cheap. they worked with us and wow did they do for as if you are family. but they took my mom to the church an then drove her to Nacona tx 1hr30mins away. and satyed even though they did not have to. in the snow an wind they stayed we wanted to see all if it stayed tell she was covered then they left. but not before they hug an touched everyone of our hearts from now on No one and i do mean No but Charles An his son Reid will handle my dead as well as me . You could never find better.

I would like to personally give my biggest hug and thank to Charles and his son I believe it is.. They have worked with our family for many years and not one time were we every dissatisfied. They treated us with the utmost respect and were very family oriented. They made us feel at home. Everything went as planned and persisly on time. So I would again defiantly give alpine funeral home 5stars.. We love you guys..God Bless You

This was such a difficult time for our family and Charles made it very easy. My dad pre-arranged his plans and when we went to the meeting, we found out he actually over paid and Charles proceeded to write us a check for the difference. There were no additional "add-ons" or anything more required of us which is unheard of at a funeral home. We definitely recommend Alpine and Charles as they were a pleasure to work with!

Charles with Alpine was great to work with and made a difficult time much easier. He gave my family the funeral we wanted for my father in a kind, professional and timely manner without trying to sell a package deal or services we didnt want. Alpine was completely on top of the paperwork always completing it ahead of schedule, but most importantly my mom felt my dad was cared for and had the service he deserved.
