This club is probably the worst 24 Hr fitness club Ive ever been too. It is not maintained and smells awful. The locker room is disgusting and if I ever go there, which isnt very often, I only use the bathroom if necessary. I have been a faithful member of 24 Hr fitness since 2007 and am seriously thinking about making a change. I have an All Super Sport membership but would like to be able to use other clubs as Im in the transportation industry and looking for convenience to work out. I live in Frisco so this club is very close but use the Castle Hills as my Home Club which is very nice but a much longer drive for me. Other than the Plano, Murphy, and Mesquite club, where I initially signed up, most of the other clubs Ive visited are run down, poor management, old machines and just not properly maintained. Thank goodness for the Castle Hills/Lewisville club because Id be looking a lot harder for another club otherwise. Be Careful when making your choice!!!

This gym is very run down. I have been to several locations in the DFW area, but this Frisco location is the worst. People are friendly there but the gym stinks of odor as soon as you walk in. The restrooms are so unsanitary and reak so bad that I dont even want to enter them. The urinals leak and have leaked since my member ship started in Oct 2015. The equipment is old, outdated and lacks proper cleaning and regulatory maintenance. Half of treadmills dont work and need belt adjustments. Floors could be cleaned and water fountains could be cleaned. Overall this place is an unsanitary gym that needs attention and improvement immediately. Sadly I have called the Corp office for 24 fitness and they said the DM would call. Its been 2-3 months and I still havent heard from him... Dont think I ever will. Its very obvious the DM doesnt care and probably does minimum required visits to Frisco gym.

Ive been working out at 24 Hour for 10 years. After my contract expired I signed up for a month-to-month membership because I was only going to be around for a few more months. I informed the staff that was my intention and they sold me that product. What they failed to mention was the $55 annual fee they charge 3 months after you sign up. Really? A $55 annual fee for a month-to -month contract? Obviously they dont charge that when you first sign up because people would say heck no, so they slap you with 90 days later. If you want to work out at 24 Hour Fitness do yourself a favor and get the 2 year membership at Costco, its very reasonably priced comes out to about $16/month and no hidden fees. If you dont have a membership at Costco a friend can get it for you. Or better yet go to LifeTime. More expensive but much better facilities and they dont play games with hidden fees.

I came in with a few friends and the night staff their were rude and they saw my getting irritated and started smirking, I just wanted to punch them all and leave. Disrespectful and u professional staff, I work with clients on an everyday basis so I know what even mediocre customer service is, but the gym is ok. They took the punching bag away because some idiot amateur didnt know how to punch and hit his wrist and sued the gym, could use better tactics regarding liability. One of the reasons why I joined 24 was for the damn punching bag and it can only be used if in a boxing related class.

Could be 4 stars if cleaner. The group fitness schedule is why I am still a member. Could be MUCH cleaner (bathrooms and locker room is almost gross) and the group exercise room should be better ventilated. In the summer, it is almost unbearably hot.

Great energy in this gym, PTs are very knowledgable and equipment is well kept. Lap pool is somewhat small but a welcome change for a no-impact cardio. All in all a very good place to get and stay fit (and strong, if youre dedicated).

Awful account management, they are charging me way more than what they originally laid out in front of me, an annual fee of $60 on top of initiation fee of $80 on top of monthly fee of $35
