Worst Attitude especially the korean/Chinese owner lady called Su. I only went to this place for the first time because of all the positive reviews. The male owner from Pakistan is a very calm down to the earth guy and so is the other lady that works there. But the owner lady has got an attitude that she thinks she can command and yell at anyone in the store. At the same time, she was super nice to the white guys walking in probably because they are their bread and butter. I am a physician and UTMB employee and I have absolutely no gain by painting her bad.. Probably she is having a bad day. But that is no damn excuse to show it on your customer. She aint the only dry cleaners in town. Id take my business elsewhere next time. All this because the male owner promised to knock few bucks on the dry cleaning because I requested him to do so the previous day. She was so damn pissed at him and slammed the door on his back. I kept quiet to myself and tried to reason with her in the most calmest way possible. But she took down a serious attitude with me and I held off as long as I could..This is my experience and may be white people and pakistani people will be treated better than me.. I would never treat or yell that way even at my own family members. Lady,, keep your mouth and attitude in control.

Great service! I took my husbands dress white U.S. Navy uniform in to get cleaned. It had sweat stains on the collar and dirt stains on the cuffs as well as a musty odor from being in storage. Not only did they make it look and smell almost new, they charged me next to nothing and had it ready the next day. Thank you so much, yall are amazing and now have a customer for life!

Terrible service. Ruined my shirt and wouldnt give me my money back. They knew it was ruined and didnt mention it when I went to pick it up. The lady kept telling me to calm down when I asked to see the owner or manager. Terrible people skills and no hospitality what so ever.
