I dropped off a $90 dress to be cleaned for a wedding. I picked up and brought it with me to San Antonio for the wedding, thinking I didnt need to look at it and just keep it in the wrapping so it wouldnt mess up. Day of the wedding about 2 hours before I go to put on the dress and BOTH straps are broken. They safety pinned the dress to the co-hanger. Im not mad that they broke the straps, because they have a sign saying their not liable for that. Ok. What Im mad about is they didnt even tell me when I picked up the dress, along with other items. No note, nothing. I could have hurried and fixed it before the wedding instead of having to run to a random store and try to find a dress that fit me an hour before the wedding. Bad business. And the spot that I took it in to have cleaned for, was still there so theres that.

Had my cloths cleaned pressed, awful JOB. They refused to give me my money back, and said they was redo my cloths. I trusted it would be done right, Boy was I wrong. They came back worse than before. The manager Jeremy avoided numerous phone calls, wouldn’t return my calls. Jeremy final answered the phone only because I used another phone with a different number. He still refuses to give me my money. Do I trust them to try and redo my cloths. BIG NO!!! I wouldn’t waste my time with these untruth people. POOR SERVICE!!!

I like they are honest they are not the cheapest and they will tell you that and there not better than others so why use them we talked for 15 min laughing how other places were better
