So today I contacted Tim from this facility. I had been in contact with him a few days prior because I was trying to retrieve the receipt for my sons funeral. My mother was over my sons funeral because Im sure people can understand how losing a love one especially a child can make it were you have no energy for anything. At first he was professional even though its very hard to get him to answer his phone and leaving an voicemail is impossible because his mailbox is full. The number on the website isnt like youre calling a business, youre calling his cellphone. After waiting 3 days we received a copy of the agreement. When I looked at the agreement I noticed on the unpaid balance line there was the amount of the full balance. So I had questioned my mom about it because again I was not the one that dealt with this funeral home, however this funeral home was aware that I was the mother of the person they laid to rest. My mom couldnt explain what it meant, so we called and spoke to Tim. Here is the reason for my review Tim was very unprofessional. He said that even though there is an amount in the unpaid portion it doesnt mean anything. Now I understand that might not mean anything to Tim, but in reality anyone else looking at that is going to take it at face value and credit it as an unpaid balance. Tim start talking real loud to the point he was yelling because he felt that anyone that had a problem with his unprofessional receipt should just call him. Now you would think that Tim working in a funeral home that he would know no one is promise tomorrow, so what if Tim isnt around when people need to figure out if a bill is paid or not. It seems to me that it would just be much easier to just once again have a accurate receipt that shows that their is no balance owed. I couldnt believe that Tim was screaming at the top of his lungs. He said that he would put a zero on the line were it says unpaid and even though I was saying okay Tim still proceeded to yell at the top of his lungs so he wasnt even hearing or comprehending that I was saying okay. Its very sad and unfortunate that this is how someone that is suppose to have compassion for people going through the pain of loss, would act like this. He treated me very disrespectful and I regret that I ever allowed him to touch my child and I pray his hands or spirit didnt hinder my son from the gates of heaven. This company need to change their name because there is nothing heavenly about them. Shouldnt no grown man with a business throw a tantrum over someone asking for something as simple as a receipt to show they paid. I will never recommend anyone to this facility and I pray no one ever have to experience the treatment I received from this adult male. After his response since he wants to play delusional and think yelling at the top of his lungs is treating their clients with the highest respect. My mom was on the phone with us so again that is not how you act when someone is trying to get something as simple as a receipt. You can act like you were hesitant to give a receipt but now Ill post pictures of the problem for everyone can see youre a liar. You know what the issue was about. On your funeral purchase agreement there is a line that clearly says cash received on Account, yet for whatever sneaky reason you refused to put the accurate information there. No one demanded anything from you. No you wont gain my respect or confidence because one thing I dont like is liars. Down below is a copy of both funeral purchases that was emailed to my mom. One has the total that we paid in the unpaid balance section. You was questioned about that and then blew up because I told you that wasnt professional to give someone something that doesnt have accurate information but now I see you lie in many ways. Then you sent one showing $0.00 in the section that says Total amount of other payments which means we never paid anything going by your purchase agreement which is a lie. So since you so rudely screamed and said youre going to hang up in my face here I am.

Dont believe anything they tell you. Promised obituary, didnt deliver, promised to send ashes, didnt deliver, no death certificate issued, did not cremate body when promised.....2 weeks later still not cremated. Very argumentative, Denies what they told you. 3 hours late for appointment.....then walked out and took care of other business for over an hour......avoid these guys

I must say these people are really down to earth and they care about the families. The Owner Tim handled our arrangement and he was giving us valuable information about the business. I cant put into words what you did for our family, but I pray that God blesses you entire staff. Cant go wrong with 1st class service

I would never use there service again. They have been paid in full and have been given the run around about when I will receive the remains of our loved one. Does not answer phone or text.
