Just had my membership cancelled by an "angel of a mgr." named Niki. I was bein harassed by a member named James Domingue. He was givin me the "stink eye" and teamin with a fellow employee from Exxon Mobil to give me a hard time. I com- plained to Cory, a night employee. He was more concerned with gossipin about Haley. I complained to Niki about all of this. She did nothin. I took my concerns to the BBB. In retaliation they booted me. When will I find a gym where I can work out w/o the "high school politics?" Ive been workin out for close to 40 years. Lately, gyms have turned into popularity contests! I want Planet Fitness to compensate me for the extra gas I burn goin to my new gym in Beaumont. I forgot to mention that after my night discussion with Cory I was givin the cold shoulder by PF employees. Goofball named Kevin even hollered at me like I was his wayward step-kid! Good riddance, Planet Fitness! I think these gyms would be better if they didnt have in- experienced teenagers tryin to function in an adult world!!! Im disabled, and Ive been told that PF violated my civil rights! Nikki wanted me to let everyone know: Cory Williams and James Domingue eloped to Vegas. Theyre on their way to a gay wedding chapel. Expectin theirf 1st kid in 9 months!!

I absolutely love Planet Fitness. At this location, everyone is very nice. I feel comfortable working out here. I like that they incorporated a rewards program and perks. That wasnt available when I was a previous member. I love that its 24/7 so I dont have to rush to get there or leave. Wifi is great, I havent had a problem with it yet. The gym is clean unless a member didnt clean the equipment they used. I love how cold it is in the gym, it helps with intense workouts. My only complaint is with the womens locker room, I guess the ac doesnt work in there? Its extremely hot in there and has been almost 2 weeks that Ive been going. Its cooler outside than it is in there. Other than that, its great!

Tonight my family went to planet fitness.my daughter wanted to usr the massage chair but she only has the regular card.i asked if she could usr the chair even stated our family has four memberships to planet fitness and the answer was no.so i went back to the chairs and the woman at the desk said that she wasnt allowed to even use my coins that brooke the manager said no.in my business the customer pays your salary the customer is always right.but not always.as much as i pay yearly in a membership i feel like i was treated unfairly maybe im wtong.i do know that their are other gyms that would gladly take our money

Worst gym to sign up for. Apparently they keep all your bank information AFTER you completely cancel your membership with them! And keep withdrawing from $14 up to over $30 a month. And dont even try calling or going to try to fix it in person because they wont do anything about it-simply deny and cover up, or "the manager is not in". Such a complete fraud and scam of a gym![happened not just to me but a friend also] To top it off their staff is completely rude and direspectful in many ways. Save yourself a trip to close your bank account and sign up to another gym instead.

Im new to the area and Im so glad planet is close to my house been working out at planet for years never had a problem with any of the Planets I have visited and been to quite a few all over Im there to work out not complain about every one and everything .

Everyone there is friendly and welcoming; the hours are great; dont have to wait for equipment; dont have to worry about huge fitness buffs (with their "judgy-eyes") feel like they are watching you; everyone is motivating there; lots of locations.

I love working out here but the only problem I have is the 30 minute workout circuit. Even though there is a sign that says stay in the rotation everyone jumps around machine to machine. And staff will see it and not do anything about it.

I didnt have a membership, but my friend did and brought me along as a guest. There are a ton of cardio machines and a few free weights. My friend and I always finished our workouts with no problems and the staff is very nice.

I enjoy the overall atmosphere at PF, the staff at the Groves location are always friendly and motivating. They keep everything neat and tidy and I can always get in and get out without any hassle.
