The tanning beds are always nasty and pubic hair are always in them. They tell you up front there is no commitment bur so far I have been double charged one month and that is not even including the annual fee I paid in February. I have signed up at the Haltom City location before they even opened back in October of 2015 and I cant get in touch with anyone with authority apparently. I do not recommend this place for anyone unless you cant afford to go to 24hr Fitness or LA Fitness or something like that. This place is a joke. I might have gone seven times tops to planet fitness and now that I am ready to end them pulling money from my account and me not even going there they want to tuck tail and run and ignore their problems. I will seek an attorney if I have to because I am not paying for something that I was told wouldnt be a contract for. Just look at the $10.00 VS $20.00 perks on the website. What a joke, go to Planet Fitness if you want to catch some form of disease from tanning because of their lack of employees and their greediness. Sincerely, John White. I wouldnt even give ONE STAR but I have to or else I cannot be allowed to hit the post button on my review. Just cancel my account and dont charge me for it.

Im looking for a place to work out a few days a week before work. The location is perfect. Facility is new and very clean. All around, patrons were wiping down the equipment after using it, which was nice. However, the employee at the front desk was either ill-informed, or just shady. First off, I didnt have to fill out any info form or sign a waiver (something Id think would be SOP for gyms). She told me that the $20 day pass wouldnt go towards the membership/activation fee (in direct contradiction with what I was told earlier on the phone). She also told me about the black card membership, but when I asked her about the other levels, she ignored me and started helping someone else. There was no tour of the facility, no introduction, no nothing. I just had to wander around looking like a goober. Long story short, I wanted to like this place, but thats $20 Ill never get back.

Not enough employees. It takes way too long just to get into the gym to workout. On several occasions Ive had trouble bringing someone to work out with because the employees dont know the procedures when adding a guest. On one occasion I asked if there was someone I could talk to, a manager or something, but the single employee was the only one at the location. When I tried to call the corporate office I just got an automated service that prompted me to leave a message and have yet to receive a reply. The employees are poorly trained and have bad customer service.

I have never been so pissed In my life about a place of business but this place is the only exception. I told the billing people that my account had fraud in which it did and that I had to temporarily give another account until the other closes and I get another opened however the damm company keeps charging an account that should have closed and apparently have been billing still after a few months. This place and their billing group are definitely crap. I will no longer suggest this place to anyone and this gym has stabbed me in the back with their practices.

DISHONEST! Dont waste your money on this place! I signed up on May 13, 2017 and I WAS TOLD that it would be $8 down and I would get a month free since I was signing up with a black card membership. Here it is 11 days later and they charged me 21 and some change. Plus I will have to make a payment of $49 for the annual fee on June 17, 2017. Spend your money on a business who practices honesty. Im paying the termination fee and leaving. But I wont pay it until June 16 and I will change my bank account information so they cant steal anymore money from me.

Let me try this again!! I have mailed the cancel my membership letter for 8 months now, spoke with Sarah to confirm to cancel two months ago so I thought it was a done deal but no yesterday I receive another message to please make a payment. Cancel my membership!! I mailed the letter you received it months ago. To cancel you either go in or mail a request according to corporate but yet when I posted my last review it was not processed either. The gym is nice at 2 am but its to far away from me now so I needed to cancel as requested months ago.

I like it here. There is plenty of equipment, the staff is friendly, and everything is clean. My only complaint is that lots of customers do not understand what the 30 Minute Workout area is for. That is my "go to" routine. People often just park themselves on the machines and socialize and wont move on. I am serious about doing the circuit and have had to resort to asking them if they could please let me finish my workout. Perhaps some additional signage would help.

Great atmosphere - fun, motivational, but not judgmental. 30 min workout for overall fitness. 12 min ab section. Stretching & ab section. Cross fit section. Tons of cardio equipment - treadmills, stair climbers, elipticals & more. Spa area with tanning beds, message chairs & massage beds. Plenty of dumbells and a good variety of weight machines. Clean facilities. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Free trainers. Inexpensive membership.

Nice service, friendly staff. I saw tons of staff when I was there, which was interesting because they werent busy, maybe it depends on the time of day but I was attended too and even if I was standing around people were nice enough to ask if I had been helped or not which made a difference for me it showed they wanted to be at their job and they werent just there to do nothing, GREAT service.

Too up tight, Im not a black card member, but my cousin invited me to check out the gym. It was all nice, but when we wanted to try the resting, relaxation zone part, they wouldnt allow me, I understand that Im not a member but its not like we bring an I tire group of people to go in, it was just one person. Made me not want to come here and not be a member.

I was pleasantly surprised by this location. It was clean (except for the ladies restroom where two stalls had piles of small bits of TP) even though when I first arrived it was quite busy. Word of advice is to take a picture of those hydromassage tables so that people with black cards who are from out of town can see that this location offers it :)

Just joined recently and have had all great experiences here from day one. Love the tanning and ease if workouts. Ready to get on schedule with personal trainer and give these guns some real workouts :) thanks PF You make being a member convenient and save me $$$ to buy cool clothes to come workout in.

Been going here for a few months now and I just want to say I love it! Place is always clean and the staff is friendly. I have the option of a gym at my work thats free but with the perks of the black card membership and it actually being open 24 hours Id rather pay to come here!
