This is by far the best Indian salon Ive been to... and Ive tried out a lot of places. Amarjit is polite, attentive, and informative. Shes great at eyebrows, waxing, facials... you name it! I dont know about others, but Im not a fan of going into a big salon and having a different employee every time I go in to get something done. Even though Amarjit is the owner, she is always there performing the service, and she is extremely diligent in her work because it is a direct reflection on her business. Bottom line, SHE CARES! And, the another thing that I appreciate is she gives priority to people with appointments. I cant even count the number of times Ive had an appointment at other Indian salons in the area and had to wait for over 20 minutes! Definitely very frustrating! But at Aainas, its really nice to have someone understand that your time is valuable too. Dont get me wrong though... since it is a relatively new business, she still has plenty of time for walk-ins. So, dont feel obligated to make an appointment for a simple eyebrow shaping. But, Amarjit works hard and I think anyone reading this should definitely give it a try! Thanks!

I have been a long time customer and have followed Ms. Kaur to each shop that she has worked. Her demeanor and quality of work has always been the same, WONDERFUL! She always greets you with a smile, a hug and "how are you doing". Ms. Kaur takes great pride in her work and strives to go that extra mile to ensure youre happy with the service received before you leave. She is meticulous about the cleanliness of her shop Aaina Salon, her work space and extremely sanitary with any tools that she uses. I eagerly tell anyone who asks where to go and get good beauty services done and I will continue to do so. Any person who is looking for a beauty transformation, while enjoying a relaxing environment and great customer service, please visit Aainas Salon. The experience is WELL WORTH IT!

I purchased a gift certificate and set an appointment for a facial. Arrived to the shop and the store is closed during business hours with no notice. My name and phone number was in their appointment book and no one bothered to call. Not good service. Attempted to call the other location and they were unable to reach the owner as well and had no information on why the shop wasnt open. I will be asking for a refund on the gift certificate and will not refer anyone to this establishment. This seems to be an ongoing issue based on the other reviews. I agree and saying the ratings are either fake or padded. This is not the proper way of doing business. How can you run a business so unprofessionally?

Horrible place, her prices go up every time you go there and she should realise there are 2 other salons within 1/4 of a mile around her who have been in business for 15 years now. Made me wait for so long after an appointment was made and kept on talking on the phone, is that what you call service...........sorry but no rating from me and im not going back either.....fyi: check prices before you get service done because she will charge you what she wants and you wont even realise you paid so much more than the previous time like 15 the first time became 25 the next

This is an excellent place to go to for getting your eyebrows threaded :) im amazed on how the results turned out today when i went to aainas salon to get my eyebrows done. The place is very clean and very pretty. Ive been to aishas salon and salimas salon both located near on fm 1960 they both did not give me the results i was looking for at all. I recommend everyone getting their eyebrows done here because you will love the results and this is my go to place for eyebrows with the affordable price of $6.00.

Aaina is the best Indian beauty place there is in Houston.Her salon is immaculately clean and she always welcomes you with a big smile..You wont find her talking on the phone while catering to a customer which is the first thing I like about her.This was something that use to annoy me at other places. I drive 40 miles one way ,though I live on westhiemer and have around 10 indian parlors in a 5 mile range, to go get my things done that should pretty much sum it up...I am gald I found you Amarjit.

Aaina is by far the best salon in town. I live in the Pearland area and faithfully drive at least once monthly to have my eyebrows maintenanced. Their customer service and professional staff exceeds all expectations! Ive been a regular of Jits for about 3 years now and she comes highly recommended! Her attention to each customers individual needs is phenomenal. Visit Aaina! You will not be disappointed! Ask to see Jit and tell her that I sent you!

So happy with them! I go about every 2 weeks, love it. I used to wax and threading is a bit less painful and with better and longer results My brows have such a great shape. Hubby loves it too. Clean and adorable color scheme. Ive never had a long wait. There is the owner, shes great. & then theres her assistant or #2 if you will, She is AMAZING! whenever possible i ask for her. Always a relaxing experience. Prices are wonderful.

I just moved to Houston like two days ago and was in desperate need of a new brow place. Aaina was the right decision! As soon as I walked in I felt good vibes, from the sweet rose incense to the magenta pink walls, the enviroment was really inviting. The ladies were nice and instantly created a warm atmosphere. Also the price for eyebrows is $8. Which is a great deal compared to other places, so dont forget to tip them! ❤️

I get my eyebrows done here for a couple of months now. I must say that Amarjit has a wonderful way of handling her customers needs. She is friendly & very cheerful. She makes sure that the threading process is swift and is not too painful. The other staff that are there are also very friendly. Aaina Salon is the place to go for beautifully shaped brows & other beauty services.

I dont know what these people are talking about, I had a good first time experince. I heard about this place through a friend and I thought I should give it a try. I got my eyebrows done and they came out great, with a nice shape! They gave me very good service and quality, not everyone takes their time and be gentle doing eyebrow thread. I would definitely recommend this place.

I just went to Aaina a few days ago for the first time and now this is officially my new place to get my eyebrows and brazilians done. Amarjit was extremely friendly and treated me more like a friend than a customer. She gives great service, plus the prices are pretty cheap! I also like the small, unique atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon to everyone!

I love coming here! Amarjit is wonderful, not only is she friendly and keeps an immaculately clean shop, she really understands how to make a brow shape work for face shapes. Her facials are also effective and relaxing. I have always walked excited about how great she makes me look! Do yourself a favor and stop by!
