The owner never responded to email and it eventually required a phonecall to get any information at all out of this business. The information, perhaps unsurprisingly, ended up being: "no we cant do that incredibly simple binding process, despite having just said we could." I think its probably to do with this company wanting to avoid short run printing. Thanks for almost making me miss my deadline!

I have used Carroll Printing several times in the past and have found them to be very professional. They are always willing to work with me to give me exactly what I want. They are quick to respond and provide excellent customer service. I will continue to use Carroll Printing for all of my custom printing needs.
