I commissioned FastSigns for a retractable banner for American Lift Aids. The art was designed and looked great in the proof. When my team picked up the banner, one of the images was found to be extremely blurry. We were never told that there was a problem with the art we sent over. If we had been informed, it would have been easy for us to replace it.. ...As all the other images appear clear. I called and spoke with a manager, Laura, who assured me that she would get with the owner to get resolution. I have followed up with her twice and cannot get an answer. This is absolutely ridiculous. My project was prepaid in full over the phone and this was to be one of multiple banners we were planning to print. Will not do business with this company again. UPDATE: The owner of the business contacted me and offered a solution. I have updated my quality score accordingly.

Have had some very pleasant experiences with them until recently. I suppose it might be a new manager. She did not seem helpful at all and did not want to work with us like we had been in the past. They expected money up front for the design that we had not even seen our proof on as previous experiences. Very dissatisfied with their managers attitude at the problem. Will not do anymore business there.
