Took a document to be faxed to a facility in Canton. Sounds easy right? Three different employees including the Manager could not get document to go though blankly looking at me saying "there was no answer" yet I called in front of them on my cell allowing them to hear the machine on the other end answer and respond in fax language. Each time a blank stare from the employee and Manager. I may not be a rocket scientist but pretty easy to figure problem was on the FedEx end. If these folks cant send a simple fax, you want to trust them with a major job? Not me, in the 45 minutes I spent here, wasting time, I could have spent a few bucks and driven it. So much for convience.

I wished there was a zero stars, because they dont deserve one. No help at all. To damn lazy to get out from behind a desk. Some guy finally wandered out after I spent 2 dollars for nothing. He was barely help at all. Finally figured it out from online directions. But it wouldnt print the document...................complete failure............warning do not come here for help or a document printing

I was sending a package to Canada and Brad was helping me and together we were trying to figure everything out for my package and as I was filling out paperwork Karen interjects and tells Brad that I have to fill out somewhere else because they have a line. Karen is very rude because he was assisting a customer. Brad was excellent help on the other hand.

Only 4 stars sometimes I get good workers that wrap package with no extra charge. Then sometimes Im required to buy bubble wrap. Inconsistent experiences.
