Houston Printing Company | When researching Houston print shops, I came across DiPuma Printing & Promotional Products. I contacted DiPuma for a quote on 300, full color, spirit programs for FBISDs Austin High Schools Athletic Booster Club. This local, Houston print shop, not only got a quote to me in one day, but even called and followed up the next day to make sure the information was correct. IN PERSON. That is UNHEARD of these days. Their family owned, customer service was absolutely stellar. After collecting 5 different bids for other Houston print shops, I decided to go with DiPuma. I had a very tight deadline to make and I shared this with Steve DiPOuma - never in the history of AHS have they had a program AT THE FIRST FOOTBALL GAME. DiPuma was VERY CLEAR up front about how many days they needed for their digital printing services and did everything they could to assist me in reaching my goal. Without DiPuma, I could have never gotten this done on time. This print job was HIGHLY time consuming for DiPuma as it was 300, 58 page, full color, glossy front/back covers. These programs are BEAUTIFUL. Everyone was extremely happy when they saw me at the game WITH the programs. Thanks DiPuma! Looking forward to doing business with you again!

I visited their shop three times in person. I was assured that I would be able to get the results I needed. After I signed off on the proof page, a long week later I received a call saying that they couldnt do the job. They suggested an alternative that would give me good results. The results were not good. I talked to someone else in the store, and they told me that they have not been able to do that type of work for a while. Plus the price I was quoted on the proof, would only cover the alternative and not the original. It was obvious that the sales person was only selling me the alternative from the beginning.
