I have never been more impressed with a company. We had a last minute printing project to complete the day before Christmas Eve. The project was for a family tree album to give to our family as Christmas presents. They worked really hard to complete it for us on time and succeeded. I was to pick up the albums that evening and completely forgot! It was not until Christmas Eve at 8 pm that I realized I had not picked up the gifts. I sent an email to their generic email address praying for a response and offering to pay extra if someone would please be willing to meet me at their office and let me pick-up my gifts. At 7am ON CHRISTMAS MORNING I received an amail that someone would meet me at the store. When paying, the gentleman would not accept the extra money I was willing to pay. He truly did this out of the kindness of his heart. There are so few that would take time away from their family on Christmas to help out a customer. He made sure a complete stranger had a great Christmas. Precision Graphics has a customer for life.
