If I could give them a zero rating I would!! Not sure how this place has a 5 star rating. I spoke with someone over the phone who said I could come in and that their starting rate for a blow out was 45$ Usually what I pay at my regular salon. My regular salon was closed so I googled this place and decided to try my luck. When I arrived I was the only client for a walk in. No other clients. The lady I spoke with who told me to come in, DOUSNT EVEN DO HAIR!!! The other woman who had short gray hair told me she was experienced in cosmetology for 20 years but didnt do hair in there either! They begin to tell me that that not only would beautician charge me 55$ but that she wasnt even in the shop yet. They put her on the phone and she tells me her car is broken and she wasnt coming in. Mind you I explained to them I use uber and it was a 23$ ride. The beautician tells me if I came back the next day she would do it for free. One problem, I LIVE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN which means more money spent in uber going back and fourth. They couldnt do anything to help me so was forced to find something else in the area and still out of pocket and basically stuck on this side of town from spending money on the trip to there salon first. Definitely NOT professional and dont believe the 5 star rating!! Its a new shop and probably rated by there workers to build clientele. I would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy and I shouldve followed my gut feeling to wait and go to La Perla salon in Jacinto city Wayyy more professional, more than one beautician and 45$ even for course natural hair like mine. Stay away from this place. Big waste of time and very UN PROFESSIONAL

Jenny performed a miracle on my hair!! She was very gentle and took her time to make sure I was pleased and my hair was healthy. I received the following services: wash, deep conditioning, color, trim, and blowout. She gets a 5 star rating because she has the 4 Ps-professionalism, precision, proficiency, and patience! My overall experience at the salon was a 5 star rating! The prices are affordable and the salon has a nice ambience! I hadnt been to a salon in almost 2 years...but I found my new salon and stylist! Ill definitely be back! All of the staff are friendly, inviting, and just overall great! Thanks again!

As long as I can remember I have been relaxing my hair. Six years ago that changed when I met Jenny and began the process of going natural without cutting off my hair. I did not think it was possible to go natural without cutting my hair. Jenny told me I had beautiful hair and did not need a relaxer. I am very particular and Jenny knows how to work with me. This establishment is a Womens dream. Minas eye brow threading is on point, quick and painless. Shes great to chat with of course time permitting. Jenny is extremely talented as such shes done things with my natural hair I thought were unachievable . She takes her time and most importantly over delivers. My hair, which shes cut, colored and deep conditioned lasts several weeks in Houston! I highly recommend her services. Everyone in the salon is a genuine pleasure.

Jenny is amazing!! Im in the process of switching from relaxers to more natural straightening methods. I have coarse difficult hair which ened up being no problem! I highly recommend them because no matter what texture or how damage your hair is they can help it get back to its healthy state. I love my eyebrows! Mina has a great personality and really like her threading technique. Love everything about the salon from the ambiance to the quality of work!
