Ashley McCullough was my recruiter for several months. SHE WAS EXCELLENT! She was very open and honest with me about what positions my qualifications would fit with and was great about follow up/feedback. I never felt strung along or thrown to the wind when an opportunity didnt work out, like with other recruiting agencies ( all of a sudden you become irrelevant to them). Ashley would get right back to finding my perfect fit. And after a short period of time she DID find my perfect fit. I have been a happily placed candidate for 8 months and counting!!!!
