On June 8th I went to Lavenderia also known as Spin Cycle Harrisburg. Well this time I washed my clothes and proceeded to put my clothes in the dryer...The first cycle my clothes were still wet went down the street came back my clothes are on fire inside the dryer. The owner who wasnt there finally arrived after the fire trucks and witnesses not offer any compensation and not wanting to give me any of his information for compensation. He also had an elder record Me like I caused the problem with his faulty equipment. Being racist and unsympathetic.I hate Ive spent so much money with racist MFS who have no care for human well being...I have four children and a husband they now dont have their own personalize blankets or clothes and thanks to this dumb ass who owns this place I have to spend more money going to court. DO NOT GO HeRE they are racist and liars.The owner tried to lied to the Fire Cheif and the Fire Cheif quickly stopped his lies.

If I could click no stars I would but it wont let me post! There is a Rude old lady that works nights! Turned off the tvs at 830 while the little kids are watching it. Follows you around continually with the mop and broom trying to sweep your feet .when your trying to put your clothes in the washer/dryer she is mopping right by your feet.she yells at the little kids and makes you feel rushed even when you come in at 6.. she also closes the restroom at 830 and turns the people away.... we have been coming here for 2 an half years and this last month has been ridiculous!

Been coming here for a a very long time, since it opened to be precise. Today was a bad experience with a very rude staff member who doesnt know how to address customer service issues in the correct fashion. And also doesny do her job which seems simple enough, what so hard about taping a piece of paper on any faulty machines? Ill give this place one more chance but I hope they fix this place up and train staff better.

I dont think they are hostile to non-English speaking people, I think they just dont understand and there is a language barrier. They should hire at least one proficient English speaking employee that is there all times. I have had several times that they dont understand what I am having issues with.

The place is very modern and very well maintained with countless functioning washers and dryers. The use of magnetic strip debit cards to pay for both washers and dryers is very convenient and once you are done you can request any money that is still remaining on the card and get your money back !

Always super clean and fresh, the floors, the machines, the clothes. These ladies are always working hard inside to keep up the place. I trust everything I drop o n the floor. Not a fan of the money card but it does come in handy vs. The quarters.

This is my go to place for laundry. Its always clean and people are friendly. Have not had any hostility or issues with not being Hispanic... I like to go to the refresqueria across the street for elote and a snowcone while my clothes dry.

Friendly staff, equipment is nice. Theres always somewhere tilo sit and wait. Ive lived in the area for 3 years and have always chosen to go to this laundromat.

Its ok, within the years like every other laundry place washing machines not working, dryers out of order. But they do keep it clean and very nice workers.

I have used their wash n fold services and things come up missing. And if you leave anything valuable in the clothes..expect to never see it again.

They have a few arcade games and vending machines. Theres also a nice park for the kids right across the street. The staff is nice and helpful.
