We tried them twice. They think theyre high-end drycleaner?? I never think so. The 1st time, it was my husbands suits. It is Ralph Lauren purple lable. We expected the best job since they charge a lot. However, they lost the pant waist adjuster clip. But they didnt say anything, so my husband didnt know it was missed. Later, we asked them about the clip; the employee said hell ask their main store at San Felipe st. And fortunately, they found it. Ok, we tried to understand because people makes mistakes, and they at least found it. The 2nd time, they completely ruined my husbands tie. It is about $180 Ralph Lauren purple lable as well. I attached some photos of tie. Check the photos and you judge it. I will update this review after I see how they handle this matter.
