First of all Tarek is the owner so disregard his review. Heres the real deal.... We have done a LOT of business with this location. For a while they were excellent. However, recently its totally changed. Our clothes have been coming back still dirty and VERY wrinkled. Now, there are those folks out there that live to write negative reviews. I am not one of those. I very rarely do anything like this. However, my wife and I are business owners and we fully understand how important good service is. Heres the bottom line....if you want a reasonable price and fast turn around this is a good place. However if you actually want your items to come back pressed neatly, or in their case pressed at all, I would look elsewhere. As for you, Tarek, a business owner shouldnt have to trump up his own reviews. They should come freely by hard work and great service given to others. Just saying....

I visit the cleaners for the first time last week. When I picked up my clothes on yesterday, the girl was so RUDE! She did not say hello or may I help you. I just gave her my ticket and she got my clothes and hung them on the rack. As I started counting them to confirm what I dropped off , she immediately said that " their all there" in a rude kind of way! As a first time customer in using this cleaners and spending over $50 in cleaning, I will not be going back! Its too bad because , I would have brought them lots of business. I will be happy to take my business some where else that treat their customers better.

Had them clean eight ties and five came back without being cleaned. So I sent them back to be re-cleaned and discovered none got cleaned and new spots on two of my ties. One of the managers was standing there watching my interaction with his employee and didnt even interject....good luck with Spots Cleaners!

Dropped off 8 garments. Less then 20 bucks. Good deal! They have different front people working. The girls I get so far are usually nice and friendly. Quality same as other expensive places.
